Staff was so nice, very clean, good variations of food

Cleanliness is very poor , my son get sick for 7 days because of pool cleaning Food is very poor

Everything was absolutely amazing. Kids enjoyed pool and activities, food excellent. Really an exceptional experience. Special thanks to Mr Islam for assistance and friendly attitude.

I’ve been to a few all inclusive holidays, but this has been one of the best. The facilities are generally kept clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the variety of food is great. My 3 boys 16,13 and 10 were never bored and the entertainment, both day and night was great. I’ll be returning soon for sure!

Can’t fault it really but if I have to, I’d say that the queues on some of the slides were long and sometimes people tried to jump these but the staff always managed to ensure order.

Very organised system, we always had time to do for something. We swam until 18:30 afterwards dinner and night activities started. Pool team is very good. They clean the pools every night. They always watch out for swimmers. Generally we wanted to be in different locations at the same time which shows how we loved the activities.

1. Reception. I can’t believe a good hotel like this has a reception like this. Caotic. You stay in front of receptionist, he talks on the phone, deals with the papers… reception is the first impression of the hotel. As soon as we entered, we did not know what to do with luggages.. normally we would expect somebody come and say welcome. We carried luggages inside and someone called us “no no, please leave luggages and go inside”. Then we went to receptionist. Nobody is looking at your face.. we waited at least 5 minutes just in front of receptionist to receive welcome. Same happened on the checkout..2. Personnel: I think this is a cultural issue. If any personnel somehow did not like you, they don’t serve you as expected. They can make personal decisions. Example: we went to play a water game on the ropes. Life guard said that my daughter is too small to play. Ok. After 20 minutes I see that he let play a smaller girl. Same happened in Luna park. 3. Public toilets: do not go.

The aqua park was so good to be honest

I used to really like Jungle Aqua Park, but my recent stay was disappointing. The reception staff were unfriendly and treated foreign guests better than locals. I had to wait a long time for a room, and when I got it, it was dirty — with broken doors and stained bed sheets.Even after changing rooms, the issues continued. Thankfully, I brought my own sheets and towels to avoid more discomfort. The food was acceptable, but overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness, service, and how it treats all guests equally.

Nothing. They refused to honor the reservation and canceled my reservation without my approval. Extremely unprofessional and literally ruined my vacation.

THEY DESTROYED MY FAMILY VACATION.This resort is either grossly incompetent or intentionally deceptive. Either way, they ruined our vacation.On Nov 12, 2025, I booked a Swim-Up Bungalow, all-inclusive, 5 nights (Dec 27–Jan 1) for $2,085 USD. In the booking, I clearly added my two children (ages 12 and 14). The bungalow has two bedrooms and is clearly designed for families.I went above and beyond to avoid problems:Booking.com confirmed IN WRITING that there were NO extra charges for adding my 2 children. and updated the reservation to show the price was for 4 people.I still wanted to confirm with the resort. I tried calling the resort multiple times — they never answered the phone.I emailed them in English AND ArabicOn Dec 2, the resort replied:“Your reservation shows you added 2 extra people and the TOTAL is $2085.”That is crystal clear. TOTAL. $2085.Then we arrived.After flying all the way from Canada to Hurghada with two excited children, we were told at check-in to pay ANOTHER $2,085 on top of what we already paid.They seriously expected $4,170 — That is ABSURD. That is Disney World kind of money. And we had a confirmation from booking.com and the resort that the total was $2085 not $4170When we objected:We were brushed off and told to “deal with Booking.com”No manager resolved anythingNo alternative was offeredNo apology was givenThey suddenly claimed their confirmation email “meant” $2085 is extra, not total.(If you don’t understand basic English, don’t send confirmation emails in English.)This was bait-and-switch, plain and simple.Booking.com then made things worse. After hours of arguing, the reservation was unilaterally canceled, my money refunded, and I was offered a laughable $70 compensation — an insult after destroying a family holiday planned months in advance.Because of this disaster:We were forced to book an inferior resortWe stayed fewer nights in the new resort as there was not much to do.

I like all, family bungalow is just perfect for a 3 to 4 headed family.?‍♂️ was great, everyday. Teacher we realy nice and great. Everybody was very niceRestaurant were great too, you allways find something special.

We really enjoyed our stay and we are proud to have such a wonderful place like this in Egypt. Every member of the team was doing their job perfectly, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Ahmed at the reception for his warm welcome and his continuous support throughout our stay.We originally booked 5 nights so we could also explore Hurghada, but we were surprised at how enjoyable the hotel was — we didn’t want to leave!The bakery is absolutely amazing, and the animation team is fantastic and creates a great atmosphere for families and kids.

The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant organisation, and it would be great to see a bit more variety in the food options.

The overall inclusive experience for kids including aqua park and rides at the same place .

The food , quality of food , taste of food . And the bedding items were worn out and over used. The cleaning of the room was also not on point.

The management and staff were professional and excellent

All pools should be heated. Unreasonable but it’s worth it, especially winter weather time.

Overall it was a very nice experience. A lot to do, to see, huge territory. Nice room, nice pools, many restaurants and places to grab some food. Buses riding through the property where you can hop on any time, rollerskating, buses that take you to and from beach, VR games.

-1 for getting food poisoned that ruined the whole trip-1 for getting scammed even in pharmacy with already opened used medicine!!!-3 for stopping me during the checkout and insisting to show my phone to put 10 stars in booking review.Also why all the slides does not work? You go up and have to wait for 20minutes to go down the slide because only 1 of the slides is working. Other waterpark stops working for 2 hours during the middle of the day. We could not understand that.

The resort is massive, so many slides and activities to do, is super fun. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

There is AI art everywhere, and they play AI generated music on the speakers all of the time. The AI music also plays by the pool areas and so when you're trying to relax by the pool you're forced to listen to weird AI music on loop. The food is a bit average, got food poisoning twice from it. There are an army of scammers roaming around the hotel at all times disrupting you while you're trying to relax and selling you some overpriced things. They won't take no for an answer and harass you constantly.

Everything the food, animation, staff, …

First night was a nightmare. Room wasnt clean and it took them 4 hrs to get upgrade us to another room. Thank you to Mohammed at the reception supervisor to fix the issue. After that Ahmed was responsible for cleaning our room daily and it was perfect everyday.

Fun for kids and weather great

WiFi was terrible, occasions things promised and not delivered and followed up on. Lots of people on the resort making many things feel busy

Family haven nothing is left to coincidence and staff are extra helpful

Pool chairs are a bit uncomfortable could be improved with padded ones
