Very helpful staff, helped us move to the adjacent King Tut hotel room which offer in room wifi. Very good value with full board included in the price, and a variety of amenities or activities to choose from. Beach location is excellent.

In room wifi not available at Sphinx building. Building and bathrooms show age at King Tut. In room wifi although available at King Tut has slow speed and sometimes weak signal.

Breakfast and Chinese dinner were really good.

For 5 stars hotel it should have better drinks,food and entertainment. Uncomfortable pillows.

The staff is really friendly and anxious. Quiet during night. A lot of entertainment programs, if you like that. (Minidisco, Camel back riding, snorkeling trip...)

Not very clean, black hair in the beds and in the bathroom everywhere. The bathroom is a bit worn out, tiles, mirrors etc. are broken. The food is ok but not very good quality (no fresh juices only Sirup etc.) ... They have monkeys in a small cage in the garden. I would prefer to see them wild in nature.

We arrived early, and the reception, under the management of Mr. Abd Elhamid, graciously accommodated us with a sea-view room. I also observed a high level of professionalism from the reception team. They were quick to assist everyone with a smile, and I truly appreciate their dedication to their work .The room was amazing, and we noticed significant improvements in the quality of the food

The animation team doesn’t seem to be as good as before; they appeared quite unmotivated in organizing activities. Additionally, the room could benefit from some refurbishment

The hotel was old. There were ants on the bed in one of the rooms. My sister was bitten by one and had a red welt on her shoulder.When I complained to management, they called room service to thoroughly clean the rooms and change the bedding. It was obvious by the amount of dirt that the rooms are barely cleaned.The area where you pick up drinks at the pool, the worker there, was rude.We were asking what kind of juices they have he said go to the machine and check.We took the glasses provided and helped our selves, 3 out of 5 glasses were cracked and ended up with drinks on our clothes.To use the pool or beach, you need to pick your own towels from a shed by the beach.The variety of food was 3 stars at the most.They had dogs caged in the heat as a petting zoo with hardly any water.TV is small and outdated.

The front office staff are super friendly, cooperative and welcoming. they upgraded the room to a sea view room with a panorama balcony with a wonderful view on the red sea, where you can enjoy sitting or standing at the balcony or even laying in bed.

The maintenance condition of many facilities can be improved. The beach isn't well preserved and the coral is dead, not the best spot if you are interested in snorkelling, beach has lots of stones and using beach shoes is necessary. The food was below average when it comes to quality and can be bland sometimes.

The cleanliness, the location and the food. Pool, beach all were superb.

The staff were a delight like busy bees serving the resients well and keeping the place tidy and comfortable. Meal time was a happy time. Food was excellent and I was very well looked after. I could also see the other guests were all happy.

Nothing really that I didn't like. If I am pressed to say something, I would like the managment to re-think keeping animals in cages.

Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The staff is really welcoming, special thanks to the receptionist Helal and FO manager! We arrived at night and they gave us early check in, but the room was old, the next morning we asked to change our room and they changed it for us in one minute to an excellent room with an amazing sea view! The beach was also good and the food was delicious! The only thing I would improve is the quality of alcohol and coffee, but you should understand how much you paid. There is a suggestion that you can buy better quality alcohol on the territory.Yes the hotel is a bit old but they keep it clean! This is the best offer in Hurghada for this value!!!

Prime location…magical view…super comfy room, delicious food….Animation team is just ⭐️⭐️⭐️…and very friendly….Special thanks to ahmed Osman the room service guy who kept my room clean 24/7…Shpinx aqua parka is my relaxation spot for the coming time……
