Our stay was a great experience with great services. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth making us feel sincerely welcomed. The front desk was helpful specially Mr. Andrew Khalil who was very patient to find us a room suitable for us. The attention of every team member (the restaurant, front desk, house keeping, pool area, security, etc.) to ensure our comfort everywhere left a lasting impression. The service was perfect, the breakfast was good, and the atmosphere was really relaxing. Also, offering a shuttle boat to the Zeytouna Island every hour was also exceptional.

No USB ports and universal sockets in the room and there are no electrical sockets near to the beds.

This is not my first time in Gouna, but my first time in Sultan Bey, and the hotel is causy and nice, food was good. The staff are extra ordinary, they are very good from the moment we got into the hotel, till every thing we did

imum, the stuff are friendly and so helpful and service is great ,also cleanliness is great. the restaurant like to change the place between pool and sea view or garden view . which amazing idea for me this changes the mood . thanks for everything and thanks for making my days better. I will come again and again every year.

They only need to have the gym . and to have kayak renting service

Staff was superb..the hotel is excellent in terms of location and a hide out for a relaxing retreat .. all inclusive makes it a very good value for money

the staff ad the ambience. Breakfast was excellent and the dinner was even better. we enjoyed the nightly music and the movies

Not a good connection to daily excursions. no vale for the money we paid 10,000 LE for a a tiny boat with two boys to take us fishing and snorkeling we would not do this again with this boat of the hotel shore. the boys were great. we ended up going to Hurghada with a much better bigger, newer boat and ten times better experience for 6000 LE and they served us drinks. It was VIP treatment

Movement on the upper floor was creating much noise every night Towels and chezlongs on the swimming pool and on beach are too old need renovation

The location is perfect. Everything was clean.The most wonderful thing about the place is its staff. Really enjoyed our stay

We really liked the place! It is located in the center, close to the downtown with many restaurants, grocery and pharmacy. Also it has nice vibe and the whole exterior and interior made us feel like we are somewhere in Morocco or Turkey. It’s small, cozy and beautiful. Has own access to lagoon, especially I liked beach from the restaurant side. Breakfast was very good for 4 stars hotel.We recommend massage at the spa next door and Villa Coconut restaurant near by :) This hotel worth this price and good for 4 stars.

Everything!!! Location, food, hotel itself. This hotel left only nice impression starting from the check in experience and finishing by check out (my friend got sick and they were kind to extend our check out till 15:00 for free). All were great!!!!

My husband got food poisoning from the breakfast he ate it around 9 am and by 11 he started vomiting and diarrhea also fever. It was the only thing he ate that day and definitely was the food from breakfast

I love all, the kindness of the staff, the location, the room all except for the loud music next to my room in the evening
