Everything was more than excellent, starting from the warm welcome and professionalism of the reception team, and thanks to Mr. Hisham Omar at the Greek restaurant for his outstanding service and kind attitude, as well as all the restaurant staff.The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the rooms were spacious, clean, beautiful, and very modern.

The stay was incredible from the very beginning, the reception team’s warm welcome specially Ahmed, they upgraded our room to a Junior Garden Suite which made the stay more comfortable. Thanks to Mahmoud from the reception’s golf car.The food is on another level, Thanks to Heba from the italian restaurant. Thanks to Hazem, Alaa and Mohamed from the greek restaurant. All the waiters and the heros behind the delicious food all the chefs ?Thanks to the house keeping team.All the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

Fantastic property with very well maintained clean and modern facilities, very friendly staff they were so welcoming and they allowed us to have early check in, the food was amazing on every level throughout the 3 meals especially the breakfast and the Italian cuisine, the Greek restaurant Yadis was magnificent and so different too, the room was so clean and the service was so good

Everything is close to everything , the food was amazing at some points , also the Italians restaurant was beyond fab , the staff were so welcoming and lovely however some language barrier and not well experience /organized service at the restaurant were spotted , yet when we commented about it , we found an immediate response and fix Which is really great , overall exceptional experience Pool is heated , and atmosphere at the pool was also great one Also no pushing on selling services , and they give you a calm stay with some fun . Room was always clean , you don’t find any smell anywhere even in the restaurant .

Nothing they can fix any issues if any Only the size of the room is not that big sized as other hotels but it was good anyway

A la carte system in all restaurants doesn't have food varieties. Also the restaurants have to be booked every dinner.

Despite telling them more than 3 times ... it's a Honeymoon trip....there were no additional services like torte in room ... romantic dinner Nothing do....And reception chose the farthest room in the hotel despite there were a lot of rooms were empty not fully booked

Facilities were great , many friendly staff, daily follow ups , accessiblity to Royal Makadi and dinner in the Italian restaurant (Special Thanks to Chef Saad)

Despite the good thing of having food served as Alacart restaurant but this didn't give me a variety in Lunch (Same Menu for 5 days) , things that you like one day even won't be served with the same quality next day which shows inconsistency and lack of control set by executive chef , I didn't like that the Bellman asked me while eating with the family "When you will check out" and Finally the restaurant manager near by the pool "Shaban" asked me about my feedback one day and wasn't professional to follow up as I raised a concern on the quality of service and always not smiling

Best beach ever you just don’t want to get off the water pools as well very good very generous with all inclusive booking they serve you unlimited drinks food as well

It was a great experience, i loved the hotel and the staff were very friendly especially Mr. Ahmed in reception, He welcomed us warmly and was checking every day that we are enjoying our stay, i will repeat the experience again.Pools were very clean, beach wonderful.loved the hotel

Reception more than friendly. The chefs are super nice and friendly as well. We had a problem with the food the first day and we told them and they listened and cared so much about our feedback and we saw the quality of the food changed to the best the next day and we were asked every meal if we are satisfied or not after we told them that we are not that satisfied. Overall my fav hotel in hurghada so far and that’s my second time here definitelya worth visiting hotel and you don’t want to miss it.

Some of the waiters in the restaurant were si talkative and approaching. Not all of them tho just 2.
