Regarding food, It's really good, I like how fresh everything tastes.Also, the location of my room was great.

I have noticed that some of the staff are not treating each other well and sometimes use inappropriate words in front of the guests. I believe this may affect the overall experience, and I just wanted to bring it to your attention.And also, I would suggest using proper maintenance signs. For instance, instead of wet floor cones, a clear sign stating “Elevator Under Maintenance” would help avoid confusion for guests.

The whole resort was very nice and the food was really nice.Mr Peter and Mr Hamada were very supportive and hospitality at best.

How clean the place was, the food was also delicious; although the Asian cuisine needs a lot of attention.

The lack of skimmed milk, some of the staff were rude and some others rarely even smiled.

It was a wonderful experience. The stuff is great starting from the reception to the restaurants and house keeping.

The most important thing for me is that it's a Kids friendly place, my kids really enjoyed it.Animation team, fire work team, and even the toilets workers are more than professional ? I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Mohamed, the reception manager, for his great efforts from the moment we arrived.It was a truly relaxing and memorable stay. Animation - they do shows at nights (they hire dancers from outside) but it’s was so different comparing to places we stayed (Sharm el Sheikh). No engagement with guests, no pool activities etc

Beach activities and hotel staff hospitality, Mr. Ahmed Eid and Mr.Hamada at the reception are doing all what they can to make your stay enjoyable

Beach Albatros exceeded our expectations, the staff were friendly and helpful. The resort was clean, especially the waterpark areas. The food was varied and well done. It is definitely a family-centric resort, so had lots of activities for the kids.

The staff and amenities were exceptional. There were many choices for food throughout the day. The property as a whole was very clean. There were many options for activities and the beach was nice.

I didn’t care for the reserving of chairs at the beach. The first day we arrived at 10.00 & had difficulty finding seating. Many people wake up at 5 or 6 am to reserve a chair with a towel. The second day I also woke up early to get chairs close to the front of the beach. When I returned a young couple with 2 children had taken our chairs claiming handicap status & had obtained a special sticker from reception. They clearly were very healthy & the children exhibited no issues. I thought it was in very poor taste. Of course the staff couldn’t do anything about it by that point. This was the only stain on an otherwise perfect stay.

Clean, lot of varieties and friendly staff

Everything was amazing. Especially Mr. Tarek at the front desk. He was very kind and helpful throughout our whole stay. The hotel is huge with a lot of activities. Beach is sandy and amazing. Pools are literally everywhere. Aqua Park was super fun. Food had a lot of variety and always fresh. The most important highlight is the staff. Everyone was so nice, welcoming and came out of their way to help. My parents enjoyed the trip so very much!

The rooms could use some renovating as the mattresses are a bit uncomfortable for a 5-stars hotel. The animation team is a bit boring too.

Ideal location next to airport, with its own little reef with exceptional fish with fluorescent markings, cute coral, saw a small mantra ray/stingray, puffer fish, so colourful and delightful. The main swimming pool was heated and it was so warm. Was a delight to enter the pool. Many restaurants with a variety of food. Reception staff were friendly and invited to eat dinner til they checked my booking. The reception manager gave us a free upgrade to a room with better view. Lovely rooms, we had 2 adjoining rooms for a family of 4. Wasfi our room cleaner made our beds and tidied our rooms every day so it was a joy to come back to a neat and tidy space. Took excursions to coral reefs and quad biking. Latter was fun but treacherous as my 14 year old daughter had an accident on her bike due to not having adequate instructions. Need to have good upper arm strength to hold onto bike as it jumps over bumps etc. My husband enjoyed his spa massages and facials. The pastry cafe was a delight and we spent many evenings playing 51 there.
