JAZ Soma Beach

The facilities are amazing, huge property with lots of activations, a very nice spa and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

I would recommend the property to anyone wanting to have it all in one place.

It was a very good holiday we enjoyed our time there and the room was so clean and the food was very delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful and a special thank to mr Khalid from the reception also to the head chef mostafa

Good Location , room is clean, sandy beach

Food limited varieties, availability on beach to stay is not easy.

What I appreciated most about the property was the staff. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive, always with a smile, which made the stay easy and pleasant. I especially liked how management continuously gathered feedback in both the facilities and the kitchen to ensure the service was at its best.Special thanks to Khaled at reception, who was incredibly helpful—he explained everything in detail, personally accompanied us to the rooms, and assisted us with reservations at the Italian restaurant, which was also excellent. The food overall was great, with a wide variety of options, and the beach was sandy, beautiful, and very enjoyable.

Nothing major. We stayed during a slightly colder period in Soma, and I had hoped the pool would be a bit warmer, but overall it was not a significant issue.

The service level was amazing, Khaled made our stay a fantastic experience. Our kids had a lot of fun and the beach was very nice.

Small improvement area: put more sand in the volley pitch, the concrete was too close and we had some scratches.

Excellent resort with excellent staff. Mr Khaled made us comfortable throughout the stay. He went the extra mile to accommodate our dietary preferences. He followed up after every meal to know if we were satisfied. The other staff are also very friendly. The resort is impeccably clean.

The location is a bit far from Hurghada center. Any activity you book needs additional pick up charges but this is no fault of the property itself.

My son had a fever and received paracetamol and a saline injection at the hotel clinic. A CBC test was also conducted. We were charged USD 730 in total, which is unreasonably high. Moreover, no official bill or receipt was provided, raising serious concerns about the genuineness and transparency of the charges.

The location

The food was horrible, lack of varieties in morning buffet. This didn’t seem like a Jazz Hotel Chain. I was really disappointed with my stay. The room was cleaned with a bad smell detergent. The towels smelled bad and the room was depressing.

The place is very comfortable, facilities are very good. And they staff is a more than amazing especially Khaled Mostafa from guest relation.. he was very supportive and keen to make the whole group happy and comfortable
