The toilet is with awful smell, the heater is not function properly. The water turned cool after 2mins of showering. The staff cannot fix the issue and showing no patient to communicate due to language barrier. Besides, it was quite noisy as there was people party at night beside the hotel and the room was just 1st floor. So basically I can hear everything

Amazing stay in a perfect location!The location is incredibly central — everything is within easy reach. The beach and pool were spotless and very well maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the receptionist, who made us feel truly welcome.I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

There can be some noise, but that’s understandable considering the hotel is right in the heart of the marina.

The drainage system in the bathroom, the lift was slow

Loved the location since it was very safe and close to the marina and walkable to many shops and restaurants.

Hotel was understaffed, Wi-Fi did not work, water did not drain well in the shower, late night music could be heard in the room after hours. Had to pay additional cost for airport transfer at 15 Euro.

I liked it here so much that I stayed again! This is my 4th stay at The Boutique Hotel and may book again later this week. I highly recommend this place ??

The hotel close to a bar which made noise in the evening everyday, I could hardly get sleeping even around 2:00 o'clock. Even worse the room is not clean at all, the bed and floor is not been clean after the previous customer checked out

The hotel is nice and modern and the rooms were very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful across the board. The proximity to the beach club is what ultimately made us pick this location. You can snorkel there as there are a few (smaller) coral reefs. We also appreciated the breakfast hours until 11 and the check-out at 12pm. It's really helping with the relaxation and the stress-free mornings. Location is also convenient, right at the marina, with many restaurants withing walking distance and further from the hustle and bustle of the city (and car exhaust).

We read the reviews that the place is loud and thought we anyway sleep with earplugs, therefore it shouldn't be that bad. Is was pretty bad, even when the beach night-club did not work. There is a restaurant downstairs that either plays music loud, or a football game, or simply moves furniture around and if you have a sea/ beach-club view, you will hear it even through ear plugs. The AC was also loud. In all honesty, we could have requested another room but it did not cross our mind at that time. I'm sure they could have accommodated this request since the hotel was not at full capacity. But if you're opting for a quiet holiday, this might not be the place for you.

Good location in the marina area, very nice and attentive staff at check-in. Hassle free area. Access to private beach is included, albeit the drinks at the beach are overpriced.

Another staff member at check-out at 2am in the morning requested we leave a 10/10 review. I prefer not to be told how to rate, especially not at 2am in the morning.

The hotel is ideally located just within Hurghada Marina. A selection of excellent restaurants are immediately nearby The manager and all her staff were extremely helpful and very professional. All of the admin processes were taken care of diligently and quickly. Breakfast and other meals are to be enjoyed on the top floor ‘ roof garden ‘ with its’ magnificent views over the Marina. The ‘ full breakfast ‘ has to be ordered, do try, superb ! The bedroom was a good size, comfortable, very clean and quiet . 10/10.

Amazing breathing view of Marina…watching the boats and water so calming. Watching the sunrise was also astonishing.. I will definitely come back along with my family

Unfortunately cleanliness is not the best in Egypt, no breakfast included for a high price room.

The location of the hotel is good, in the city center and at the entrance of the Marina.

When i reserved my room from booking.com, the description of the room was not clear at all that it is (city view), not (sea view). During my check-in, i was very clear with the receptionist that i want the room to be (Marina view), and she confirmed to me that yes, it is (marina view). After completing the payment and check-in, when i went to my room i found it (city view); so, i went back to the receptionist. She told me you asked for a room to be (marina view), not (sea view) !! I really did not understand what's the difference.I requested that she changes the room for me, even if i will pay extra charge, but the answer was no place, the hotel is fully booked (although there was availability on booking.com).The view from the room was very bad, and it was very disappointing to me that the receptionist and hotel manager did not try to solve this problem for me. I uploaded a photo taken from my room window.

Location, location, location!!!! This comfortable hotel is located right on the Marina with lots of great restaurants, bars and shops. Guests also get access to the Blue Beach Club, which has a nice beach to swim at that was never crowded & it also has a cool swimming pool lounge area with a DJ playing music all day. Mokhtar at the reception was extremely welcoming and accommodating, and is a great manager. All the staff were fantastic! My check-in, room and overall stay was great and would definitely book here again.

Rating is not 8 at all it is like 6 max Staff is good and quality and place is not good at all

Not that clean. Food is not best , charge for room service. They fix the wall during morning. Tim while guests are in and out , Again rating 8.0 is not real and not make sense at all about the quality

The bed was uncomfortable, the breakfast was not good.. and the extremely loud DJ by the pool was annoying and it was everyday from 2 till they close so that was a turn off
