The hotel is in a prime location in Gouna with great views of the lagoon and golf course. The staff are super friendly and helpful as always , and the food at the breakfast buffet is delicious with a big variety and food selection.

The rooms are starting to look a bit dated, I think the hotel needs to do a better job maintaining the property. The room was also quite dusty, and the floors were not cleaned properly. You'll definitely need to be wearing slippers the whole time in the room, otherwise you'll have black feet.

The property is renovated and has a lot of nice amenities and is very kid friendly… khaled the housekeeper is very nice and helpful

The staff are nice and trying to help but the service is slow, it takes some times for requests to be executed, and sometimes you need to follow up for things to happen…

Very well-maintained and clean

There were ramps all over the ground floor but no ramps to the first floor of rooms, be very mindful of this if you have a stroller. We said on the booking we had a child under 1 and visibly had a stroller upon check in and were still given a room on the first floor.

Amazing place everything is beyond fantastic

Access to the sea, you have to go to a beach off-site or use the lagoon on site but honestly it’s not a concern the lagoon is calm and swim able.

The accessibility to the beach was denied. We were told that the reception may or may not mention the beach area to some guests. Depending on what , we don’t know. First visit we enjoyed both the lakes and the beach

this is my second time at this resort and i love how it’s clean and the people who works there are kind and funny . and it’s the nearest hotel to the down town.

This is the right place for anyone looking for some relaxing time.Everything is great.Relaxing pool bar was my favorite (special thanks for ..Sabry.. the barman in the adult pool bar.You can get from him a very good tasty cocktails.Lagoon bar was also great

I didn’t like any of the customer service, except AHMED the reception manager and Yasser the gold car guy/bell man.Other than that I didnt like that i call the room service and no reply. I ask for some internal fixes and facilities they say will send someone and no ones comes. I didn’t ask for anything hard or extra i asked for cleaning the room and pick up of food tray. My mum’s room had bathroom smell like sewage room 5107,room lightening was very dark, asked for lamp replacement several times and was still not working. At the whole hotel, i thank Ahmed and Yasser and that’s it!

I was honestly disappointed with my recent stay. I had emailed guest relations 2–3 times in advance to mention that it was my wedding anniversary, but unfortunately nothing was prepared upon arrival. I only received a gesture after asking multiple times during my stay, which took away from the special feeling I was hoping for.In addition, the room i stayed in (4105) lacked privacy and comfort. The connecting door meant I could hear my neighbors most of the time, and the bathroom windows faced a service/storage area where staff frequently passed by. There was also a bit of noise from the room above with kids running around.On a positive note, the location was great and the staff were friendly throughout the stay. I believe the hotel can do better in preparing for special occasions and in assigning rooms that provide more privacy and comfort. Thanks.

Food, beach, and room were excellent.

- Cleaning in general needs more attention.- The swimming pool is too small to accommodate the crowd during peak times.

I highly recommend Steigenberger . The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for getting around. The small details, like the welcome note and complimentary water, were a lovely touch. We had a flawless stay and will definitely be back on our next trip!
