The hotel is horrible

Our bathroom smelled like sewage. Our room was right next to the entertainment speaker so we could never go to bed until the nighty entertainment was finished. Food is not available 24/7. There are set times for food. Did was just ok.

The only truly positive aspect of this hotel is the staff. Despite the obvious limitations in facilities, the team genuinely puts in effort to satisfy guests through their friendliness and cooperation. Bravo to them — it’s clear they are under pressure and doing their best to make up for the hotel's shortcomings.all.

However, the hotel overall is very basic. There’s no mobile signal throughout the property, and no free Wi-Fi in the rooms — only in the lobby, where it’s often unstable. Although the stay is advertised as all-inclusive, many items require extra payment, including something as simple as Turkish coffee.The beach is not properly prepared with sand, and there are only two public restrooms in the entire hotel. Even the rooms lack basic amenities like tissue paper. The food was extremely poor in both variety and quality, and the animation team was almost non-existent, with little to no entertainment or evening programs.It’s very obvious that cost-cutting is happening across all aspects of the hotel. You get the bare minimum in terms of service and experience.Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel at

the staff at the hotel is very good, from reception to the room service to the beach. Room was comfortable and clean. It was easy to find a place on the beach. The Red Sea is amazing.

WiFi only available in lobby. LTE/5G cell phone connection doesn’t work inside the room. All inclusive buffet could be better: overloaded with carbohydrates.

I liked the location and cleanliness of the room.Kindness of all staff especially Mr. Hilal Elkhatib and Mr. Soliman finally the food was very delicious

This is a hotel that caters mainly to Russian speaking tourists. Both restaurants serve the same menu and it's mostly based on traditional Russian cuisine. All staff members speak Russian. They even have a native Russian speaker manager on board. I would rate it at least 4 stars

The shower water was rather cold most of the time

Very beautiful place , all people what work there are so friendly start from reception Mr/ Hilal and Mr/ Hamid help us too much and Mr/ josif Manager of resturant is very good character and so helpful...i want to not forget names like islam , Saad ahmed and mohamed all very friendly ... i have too much words to write about all here but i had for second time great holiday and thanks every person work at hotel

The view is great! Very closed to the beach. Hamada at the reception is a very nice guy, who helped us a lot. The food is amazing. All the staff are very kindly and helpful.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, we were checked in earlier than the official time and they were very understanding. The food variety was very good and some specific buffet items were exceptional, otherwise it was fairly good. The aqua and its swimming pool were super fun, the water was warm as it was heated in winter time, they have multiple slides from which one was quite steep and fun to use, there are multiple bars around the resort which makes life easier e.g. you could get coffee or any drink right at the beach. The room was very spacious.

They only offered tea in the room, no instant or any other type of coffee, but anyways you can get coffee from any bar during their opening times. Personally I feel it's a bit too expensive for its overall service, other than that service was quite good.

Everything is perfect in kingtut hotel . The reception manager Mr. Osaama he is well attendent person and he is caring of the guest and always give extra service . Food is good and has variety . Animation team is good and respect the guest. I recommend Kingtut for people who are coming for relaxation and pleasure .

Rooms aren’t very clean, I was even given stained towels which is unacceptable As a single female traveler ( I was travelling with 2 friends who are a couple) I felt very uncomfortable as a lot of the staff was unprofessional and hitting on me and making different comments about my body. The beds are very uncomfortable and the rooms are very basic

amazing hotel as usual ..i would give many thank to MR/Helal at reception he is very kind and helpful man MR/Belal in pool bar and MR/Abdelhman in beach bar. MR/Mahmoud (animation manger)clean hotel and if you want a big relax go there ❤❤

The staff is excellent, especially the receptionist, Mr. Hilal, and the restaurant staff. High service and the kitchen staff is diligent and works well. A special greeting to the staff, the cleanliness of the place and the swimming pools, and the restaurant service
