Staff weren't that helpful a few of them were acting in a very snobby manner.Breakfast was a disaster until the manager intervened and changed the breakfast venue to a neighbouring hotel.Facilities you have to carry your towels all the way to the beach and carry the wet towels all the way back again because who cares

The Location is really good, if ur traveling with friends , it gets noisy at night so if u have children or a family they might not like that. Room is clean and has most of what u need and it’s comfortable.

Staff was a bit slow in responding to our inquiries or answering the phone, we had an incident of lights going out and turning completely dark in our room in specific and it took them 40 mins to bring someone up to fix it. Breakfast was terrible, so don’t book the stay with breakfast.

The staff is very polite and friendly , the rooms are cozy and very clean and its location is amazing in the middle of everything

Not many available facilities. Pest control wasn’t perfect as the bathroom had few insects.

Staff is super friendly & problem solver as i faced an emergency and wasn’t able to make it in the 1st day of my stay but afterwards and after communicating with the mgmt they upgraded the rest of my stay to half board even-though it wast their fault. Location is perfect abd breakfast is astonishing

Prime location in the heart of the marina, very accessible. Clean and the staff is exceptional. Responding to any request promptly. Thank you Mr Barakat from housekeeping for fulfilling all our requests.

This was our first family trip with our 8 months old baby and the staff made it such a comfortable and easy stay. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and they even got us a surprise cake! Thank you Turtles Inn for the amazing vacation. Location is exceptional

The location is perfect directly in the Marina. Everything is in walking distance. The breakfast was nice amd with a great view in the Marina

The location is great but also means that at night there is noise from the Bars and Restaurants until 1-2am. If you are looking for a calm place this is not the right place ?

The location was very good. Close to Marina and promenade and to many interesting places and restaurants and the beach is not far away, just 10 mins to walk.

It was noisy enough from the street because of the supermarket nearby and many teenagers were gathering there.

The hotel is located in abu rig marina , u can find a lot of shops, restaurants and a supermarket steps away. The room is pretty small but very clean .The room was a local shop street view on the ground floor so we couldn’t open the window or even the curtains for light.
