The staff was exceptionally very friendly, the food nicely prepared very delicious, the place was very clean

The only thing that was not nice was that some flies were moving around

I like all the food, but I would prefer more variety. Also, during my stay they carried out a lot of maintenance work without informing me. Considering the room rate, I had hoped they would notify us. However, the team is wonderful, and this is my favorite place in El Gouna — actually the only place I keep coming back to

I love sea food and they didn't do, also need more activities for the kids

All staff are cooperative and very kind they made our stay so much cozy and relaxing as we hoped especially Mr Mohammed on reception many thanks to them all looking forward to seeing you again inshallah next year I will reserve at this hotel

Everything specially Reception Team they were very friendly , caring , they make surprises for us in the Resturant as I was in Honey Moon , I would thanks Mr Mohamed Gamal in reception team .

Good location, Greenery, staff is friendly, food was good

Small rooms, bathroom doesn’t have a ventilation,No shower kit or dental kit included, cleaning takes till afternoon they need to increase the cleaners Ants, are too much we were travelling with a baby and she got bitten several times.Insects on the lagoon as of standing water.

The main dining restaurant staff was really nice . I need to mention Ahmed and Romany and their nice way with all the guests.The response of any complaint was taken seriously and action was taken in the proper way.

The staff of zeitouna restaurant was very careless , aggressive especially guys with yellow and red shirts.The guy driving the boat from and to zaitouna was not dealing with tourists in a respectable way.The workers in general were talking in loud voices everywhere without taking into consideration that we are here to relax .

Great location. Easy to walk downtown area, or take a Tucksi to marina area. Rooms were clean. Staff from reception crew to room service were friendly and always willing to help and keep us comfortable.One of the pools was being renovated, but we still had access to 2 other pools which were very nice. There also was a mini aquapark area with slides that were a lot of fun for kids (and adults!).The resort itself has a sizable gift/souvenir area, and even a small grocery store. There is even a cinema at one end of the resort.

Some rooms had showers without doors. That was a bit awkward in a family setting with kids, but staff was willing to help us change rooms.

The beach is not worth at all. First of all you need to get to it by a boat, and the beach itself feels like abandoned.

Location is superb, very near to downtown. Lagoon is fantastic with calming clean waters, very relaxing. Food varieties between German, Egyptian, Italian especially the Dolce Vita restaurant which is free for all inclusive but requires a reservation. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Water parks are great, children will love it. Would love to be back next year.

Actually nothing, they are renovating some rooms now which is something they should have done a long time ago.

The second day of our checkin.. in the morning. Heard an electric drill the room next to us... which was extremely disturbing and never been to a hotel having such heavy construction... at least they should ve informed us before bookingbor checking in... Anyway, the reception guy lied to me, informing me that it was an emergency... how did i know it was a lie... the following day in the morning, same noise! and the curtain was open, i could see they were renovating the room and not fixing a toilet emergency problem.. although it didn't make sense either... i didn't like the lie... i didn't like that they do kot care for the comfort of the residents.. that was really upsetting and feel.sorry that such a lovely hotel be having a minority of staff thatbare liar and unprofessional which maybharm the reputation of a lovely hotel....

The animation team is not the best, years ago was much better.The zeitouna beach is really bad, needs a lot of improvement and care!!!

It was very family friendly, the animation team were excellent in keeping the teens entertained! The shows were lovely in the evening and food variety in the buffet was great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Three Corner Rihana Hotel and this is my 18 visit , and I can confidently say it is the best hotel in Guna. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and hospitality. The staff members are not only helpful and cheerful but also truly friendly, making me feel right at home.The pricing is very reasonable considering the high quality of service and amenities offered. The hotel’s location is perfect, providing easy access to local attractions while still offering a serene environment for relaxation.One of the highlights of my stay was the variety of beverages available, both at the bar and during meals. They certainly know how to cater to their guests' tastes! The entertainment options were fantastic, with regular shows and activities that kept everyone engaged. It’s evident that the management is committed to consistently improving and updating their offerings to enhance the guest experience.The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. Housekeeping does a wonderful job ensuring that everything is tidy and well-maintained. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in their work, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel.In summary, my experience at Three Corner Rihana Hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guna.
