We loved the place the greens and the beach is sandy and everything was clean and amazing Management take complains seriously and they follow up with you The spa is so relaxing The heated pool is salty and everyone loved it The staff are really hard working And special thanks to Manager Omar Aly And from the crew Abanob his service is really good on the beach he is always smiling always greeting you Also Mohammed fathy on the pool his always smiling and checking on you And at the dinner restaurant special thanks to Mohammed el sharkawy and Yehia you can truy see how hard working they are and how good service thry provide.

Location , staff and cleanliness

The food buffet was repetitive and I expected better quality

The property is clean and has many pools. The staff is polite. The food in the main dining hall was very good as well.

The price we paid for the honeymoon package 100% not worth it. Save your coins and get a regular rate room. I did not like that I needed to call daily to have my room cleaned and fridge restocked. Even when they came by towels and soap in the shower was not refilled; therefore, I ran out right in the middle of a shower.

Staff was attentive and checked on my well being frequently. The pools were fantastic and the breakfast and dinner buffet was one of the best.

There was nothing to dislike.

Martin at the reception was an amazing gentleman. He greeted us at the reception with a friendly smile and he made us feel very welcomed. Zena at the food court was a very friendly host. She was very friendly as she was serving the food and being busy at the same time

This is my third time there and everything is perfect as usual, it’s a family friendly resort where kids enjoy several attractions.

It meets the award winning reputation, the hotel is outstanding, with almost every facility that comes to mind, the rooms are recently renovated and the view is spectacular.The pools are beautiful and you get to use the aqua park, so it is fun for the kids.The food was great, with great diverse options and a lot of specialty restaurants, that needs booking ahead, highly recommend the Lebanese restaurant; Tanga for dinner by the sea.Finally, the staff are really polite and friendly which makes your stay more enjoyable, special thanks to the regular check up by the guest relations team, see next time.

I have always found the staff to be professional, kind, and attentive in every part of the hotel.Special thanks to Mr. Mina Ehab, Mr. Martin, and Mr. Omar, who were extremely supportive and helpful with every detail we needed.Their outstanding service is the main reason I have been returning to this hotel for six consecutive years.

Steigenberger was fantastic, as always. This was the 3rd time we stayed and we were never disappointed. Upgraded to a suite, and it was definitely worth it. Enormous room on the quiet side of the hotel.

Big pools, proximity to beach, decent options at the buffet , very friendly staff, comfortable and cool rooms

Restaurant selections and food options during the daytime were limited.

I liked that it was all inclusive and has a water park attached.

The room was noisy. My room was not ready upon arrival. There was an incident at one of the restaurants even though the front desk resolved it, it would have been better resolved on the spot with more effort from the staff. Beware of the on site photographers, they promise fully edited photos and just give you very basic out of focus images (can’t blame the hotel for that)

Very nice hotel. This is the sixth year I visit this hotel. Special thanks to Chef Sayed and Chef Raafat for fulfilling my request and making sushi as a special gift for my daughter, as I was unable to book the sushi restaurant during my stay.

The bathroom has some defects as water collects a lot on the floor, which caused me discomfort in the room during my stay, and the room service team was fed up with my request for extra floor towels every day. The presence of a glass door for the bathroom is very annoying in rooms where there is a family. I hope the hotel management will review this matter.
