The staff was amazing.Everybody was very attentive to our needs, but we wish the pools would have been a little bit warmer because they were freezing

We liked everything again.We would like to have had a heated pool.You had a wonderful pools, but unfortunately they were so cold.You couldn't get into them.

Our stay was wonderful...Everyone was just so polite and nice... staff did great service, never emphty glass... food was delishes, everyone always great us with the smile... we make a reservation for the restaurant on the roof and the gentleman who took our reservation really made amazing and romantic dinner for us with with candle lights and heart lights... we extended our stay... mgr. In the front desk was great as well..I was looking for change dollars to egyptian money and he did go with me to the sister hotel for change.... customer service was really 5*

The pools was cold... we hang out by the pool but will be great if we can swim there...

Food and drinks were very good.People were super nice and very friendly.

The food is exceptional. Beach area is nice and the hotel itself is awesome.

Tv needs better setup. The sofa needs to be more clean.

Everything about this property was beyond wonderful! The staff is the best thing about this hotel! All of them are warm-hearted and welcoming both to foreigners and Egyptians Mr. Lucas at the reception smoothed and eased our check in, and upgraded our room! He explained everything to us patiently and with a smile. Moving on to Mr. Zaki who always made sure everything was alright all the time and also treated us warmly. Osama at the reception bar! Lovely, funny and always at your service and honestly so are his colleagues but we dealt with Osama more and loved him! Not forgetting Mr. Khalid at Blue Cafe! Another wonderful man we met who made us always just want to hang out there! Honestly these are the names we dealt with and remembered but everyone at Grand Cafe made sure you weren’t missing out on your meals, services. Everyone checked on you to make sure you’re alright The food is delicious and there is a great variety. The dinner cuisine changed everyday, 5 A La Carte different cuisines as wellFood was fresh and delicious and something I rarely found was good coffee! Most hotels just offer bland instants but here I had the best mocha, capuccino which matters to me a lot!The all inclusive included ice creams, waffles and pancakes at the beach and pool bars, juices and drinks and snacks.All was heavenly Rooms were clean and comfy. Wonderful beach with a lot of places to rest and enjoy the beach

This was an incredible property. Located on the Red Sea, with multiple pool areas and lounging areas! There were many amenities, like a spa and salon. I had two massages and they were amazing!

The spa reception area could be a little more welcoming with regards to decor…but the staff makes up for it!!

1) Check in and check out was very efficient, fast and easy. Front Desk staffs/reception were very friendly, helpful and patient to answer any quiries. Would like to thank especially Mr Taha for his helpfulness and assistance. Staffs very responsive and quick to act.2) Was given an upgrade for my booking to the pool access. Great view, great pool, welcome fruit basket and drink. 3) Room is spacious, clean, well decorated with 2 comfortable beds. Room Wifi is excellent. 4) The entire hotel is beautiful, quiet and relaxing since no family kids, with multiple pools, pool bars and lovely sandy beach. Multiple restaurants to choose from for your dinner meals. 5) A wonderful place to eat, drink and relax with the all inclusive package. Stayed 2 nights which was too short but could not extend because fully sold out during this period.6) Only about 15 minutes to Hurghada Airport from Hotel. Very safe to walk around in the area.7) Excellent cocktail- mojito and Mocktail- Florida which we like the most. Great Chocolate Ice cream as well.8) Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again when in Hurghada because is serene, quiet and relaxing without much noise due to couples 18 only policy which is great.

1) Nothing negative.

The staff is extra special in their hospitality and care for details. We were always accommodated and welcomed everywhere. Also the junior pool suite was such an experience!!

The toilet door was not easy to use as the construction targeted decoration more than application … also door knob was not easy to use… thanks God I had my husband to open

Excellent staff very eager to make our stay very comfortable and was showing great enthusiasm.

The AC in the hotel was not cooling sufficiently, also bathroom hardware was showing rust.

The Staff very helpful and they great in there services , place is perfect for couples, highly recommend the swim up pool room, variety of good food with different cuisines , i’d like to thank all the staff but specially for Mr. Fady in Reception they got my msg on booking and give the best experience in hotels. Highly recommended.

Pillows and blankets have a little bit of smell that i don’t like it.The beach is not Sandy

The rooms and bathrooms. We changed the room as the smell in the bath was not so nice and we thought that we had bedbugs in the bed.

The stuff was very friendly and responsive The beach was very good

The AC system was very bad in the room and restaurant and when we complained the stuff said the central AC system was water system not Freon gas which mean no way to solve this problem The food especially the bakery and sweet was bad

This was my wife and I second visit to The Grand Palace Hotel, we really enjoyed our 2 week stay and most certainly will visit again. We highly recommend this venue for anyone who wishes to be treated like royalty. The entire staff, meals, and facilities were impeccable. Thank you to all staff at The Grand Palace Hotel Hurghada, we hope to visit you all again soon.

Facilities, Food and most of all the staff.

No kids!Big room with swim-up pool on the outward side of the hotel. Very tranquil and lots of sun exposure. Also well away from the (relatively low) noise of the bar and dining area but nevertheless very close to the reception and other main areas.Lots of electrical outlets available throughout the room.Lots and lots of cupboards and drawer space to put your clothes.People at the reception were lovely and always did their utmost to make our stay as comfortable and stressless as possible.The food was good. Breakfast was opulent. Fresh fruit juices were provided, as well as eggs in all configurations.The evening buffet provided something for every taste. I personally preferred the fresh fruit and vegetables as well as the oriental corner with great taboulé etc.. and lovely tahini, yoghurt and garlic sauces among others. Also the local white cheeses were delightful.As a suggestion: why don't you also provide some fresh vegetable juices as well, e.g. carrot juice, celery juice, apple juice, etc. which can then be combined by your guests as they like? It's not expensive, it's healthier than just fruit juice, and I'm sure it.would be a hit among your guests who want to avoid too much sugar. Just saying ?.I steered way from the dessert buffet which was truly opulent and magnificent but too sweet to my taste.For lunch we can only recommend the beach bar, near the boats which was very relaxing and has the best burgers. We didn't like the pizzas very much but then again I suppose that is a matter of personal taste.The big swimming pools and the beach were wonderful as well. The installations are so big one never gets the feeling of being crowded. The pool is surrounded by very comfortable big round lounges with a collapsible sunshade and they are great to relax in and read a book.

A few minor things.The bathroom was OK but water always pooled at the entrance of the shower so it was slippery and we had to be careful. The last day there was a slight sewer odour but that went away when I took a shower.In the shower the shampoo and soap dispensers are placed too high which makes it difficult to use them. For us it was no problem since we are rather tall, but I can imagine that for smaller people it could be complicated to use.A bathmat should automatically be provided for the entrance from the terrace to the room. The first days we always wet the whole room after having used the swim-up pool. Fortunately Ali provided us daily with an extra bathmat when we requested one ?.

I loved the beach/pool area. The perfect place to relax. I also loved the spa. We went twice and both times the massages were immaculate.

We thought everything was all inclusive but there are several meals at every restaurant on the property that are not included and have to be purchased. There’s also quite a few cats that live on property.

Everything is as it should be. Calm, peacefull and fun. I think I found my hotel in hurghada, I tried too many hotels in hurghada some of them good but there is too many children. Food, room and staff was amazing. Especially, front desk guy Islam very helpfull. Thank you all

The stuff was extremly friendly, big respect to these people. I hope they get paid well for their amazing work, they really deserve it!! Huge thanks to Taha at the reception and the friendly waiter on the beach!

The hotel is clean

The Grand Palace it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The all inclusive food and drinks very low quality. I opted to pay for drinks and eat away from the resort. Very disappointing. I will never return. Don’t use the day spa facility, it’s a scam, expensive and inexperienced staff.

It’s very high standard hotel, Ahmed in customer service is very helpful and nice, Muhammad clean are room daily, fresh towels daily, nothing to complain about , Thank you for very nice hospitality
