The resort is excellent, with great food and a very comfortable bed and room. The location and beach are perfect. I especially loved that the outdoor pool has warm water, which is ideal if you’re visiting during the winter.

The resort could improve its evening entertainment by offering better night shows and a space with music and a DJ, either during the day or at night.

It was the nicest of hotels i have experienced at Egypt so far. Food was diverse and rich. Both rooms and public areas were clean and tidy. Pools were deep enough to enjoy. The beach had some reef spots to observe thousands of colorful fishes. Aquapark had lots of ride options at every height and for every age. Special thanks to Waleed, Rania and Karim.

the experience truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s facilities were fantastic, and the beach was gorgeous. The activities and shows by the animation team were a lot of fun, and the variety of food was impressive. When we arrived, we had a AC issue with our room, but Mr. Ahmed Sami was incredibly helpful and showed us several alternative rooms until we found the perfect fit for us. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would love to visit again. A big thank you to the entire staff for their friendliness helpful way.

The Ac problem ( chiller system) need to be renovated to have a well ventilated/ cold room.

Everything was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly, special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Osama. The food was amazing, the aqua was fantastic and I got upgraded to a nice family suite.

An attempt by the hotel manager to solve the problem, but without any solution.

‏A very bad experience.‏I booked two rooms for my family, but when we arrived, they told me there was no availability and put us all in one room.‏The waterpark is far from the rooms.‏Cleanliness is poor.‏I do not recommend it.

The location is nice but they have a problem in the AC. It doesn't work at all

The other receptionist her name is Rania was so intimidating and unprofessional. The AC was not working and the smell of the bathroom was not good

I got food poisoning while was thier was realy so bad that had to go to the clinic and i paid for it

Amazing hotel, multiple swimming pools to choose from, water park very close by, right next to the beach, food was very good, the staff were so kind and respectful… I never recommend a hotel, but I would definitely recommend this one :)

- Not the most modern hotel, doesn't seem like a 5 star hotel- The entertainment was really boring- Variety of drinks/snacks was poor

Night activities can be improved

I liked the size of the room, the heated pool, the chefs’ hospitality, and the variety of food.

The water park is very far and not heated, and the large pool suitable for 8-9-year-olds is also not heated. The behavior of one of the staff members was disappointing, and if I weren’t afraid of causing harm, I would have mentioned their name.

The value for the money was fair.

It needs renovations and new bedding and linens across the board

Rooms were spacious and the meals had a very good spread and variety

1) the staff around the beach and pool area were extremely pesky trying to sell something or the other every 10 mins, literally felt we were in a souq rather than a 5☆ resort2) Booked an all inclusive package, quality of drinks was at best passable 3) the equipment at the water park were largely worn out and showed signs of lack of maintenence 4) the staff manning the rides at the water park showed least concern for safety, they clearly lacked proper training 5) the water park wasn't heated, just 1 swimming pool was heated

The staff were all of them awesome and really helpful. My flight back home was cancelled, and i had to go back to the hotel after checking out. They allowed me to enter my room again and helped me to find another flight. They allowed me also exceptionally to have an early check-in and late check out. Thank you so much again.The food is great. The aqua park was also very good.

I think the animation team and the activities could be improved. Maybe because i visited the hotel in January the outdoor activities were limited.

Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Food was really bland, everything tasted the same. Also got food poisoning on the last day. The drinks were also undrinkable, very strange flavour to all of the beverages.The rooms were freezing in the winter,Despite the room heat being on full blast. The heated pool was nice but the rest of the pools were freezing.The room was also quite dirty under the beds. And the bathroom stunk of aewage
