Wonderful stay at Sentido Caribbean Soma BayWe had a great experience at Sentido Caribbean Soma Bay. The resort is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. A special thank you to Salma, who was extremely helpful and responsive to all our requests. She was always quick to reply and made sure everything was handled smoothly, which really enhanced our stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay in Hurghada and truly enjoyed our time at the resort. The food was great with plenty of variety, and the beach location was amazing. We absolutely loved the beach, it was beautiful and very relaxing.A special thanks to Ms. Salma, our Customer Relationship Officer, who helped us a lot during our stay. She was very kind and supportive, especially in arranging restaurant dining options alongside the buffet choices, which made our experience even better.The staff was helpful and friendly at all times, and the cleanliness of both the rooms and the entire resort was excellent. The resort also offers many activities for both kids and adults, so everyone can enjoy their time equally. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely love to visit again.

The hotel impressed us with its beautiful nature, stunning sea, and remarkable architecture. I also enjoyed the à la carte restaurants — they were a nice addition to the overall experience. I would especially like to thank Mr. Hamdy and his team for their hospitality and politeness.

Towel cards are considered so important, but I honestly don’t understand the logic behind them. To me it feels like a meaningless rule. If the hotel is worried that guests might steal towels, I find that unlikely — nobody wants to take a towel that’s already been used by a hundred people before!

Nothing at all, everything is disgusting and awful. Everything that can be done terribly is done terribly.

I expected a high-quality stay, but the hotel was far below any 5-star standard (I would't give it even one star).The food quality was extremely poor (not fresh, not tasty), and after two days I developed severe stomach issues that lasted even after returning home. This should not happen in a hotel of this category.Most alcoholic drinks were served from cheap plastic bottles and tasted artificial. Even small amounts caused headaches and nausea.Service was often intrusive, with constant expectations for tips even when help was neither requested nor needed.The rooms were looking nice at a first glance, but the more you stay there the more dirty or undone things you discover such as poor hot water pressure in the shower, dust, and we even found a needle on the floor. Same outside in the territory.The only positive aspect was the sea, which is thanks to nature, not the hotel.Overall, the hotel needs major improvements in hygiene, food quality, staff training and beverage standards. I cannot recommend it.

Everything is more than perfect, the beach is marvelous, the a la carte restaurants are professional and the staff are very friendly. Finally I’d like to thank and express my gratitude to Mr. Mahmoud Khairy and Miss Salma in guest relation for their care and hospitality

No thing at all

Great, long, sandy beach. You need to fight for the first line sunbeds but finding a place even at noon was not a problem. Open heated pool was also good. Main surprise about the hotel was its meals. Especially main dishes were tasty and you had many options. Not too spicy as most egyptian hotels menus and were ok for international customers. Altough the hotel was almost full, finding a table at dinner was easy. The hotel is old, need to be renovated in a couple of years. But everything was clean, well maintained and working. Almost all of the staff had a smiling face, very helpful and were showing respect to the customers. We feeled safe and comfortable during our vacation. Also thanks to the guest relations, especially to Salma. They help, inform and solve problems perfectly.

If your first priority is snorkelling, there are only a few corals at the right corner of the swimming line. For more you need to pass the border. It was nice and enough for us, but it depends on your expectations. There are not too many options for vegeterians/vegans. The hotel should improve its appetizer/starter menus.

Every thing was excellent, restaurants, beach, staff, and room as well.Sandy wide beach, as i recommend the Italian and Arabian restaurant.The team was very friendly, supportive and helpful in any situation or any inquiry.And especially thanks for Ms. Salma Elboraee, for her daily follow up, and she was very professional ,supportive, and helpful in any single issue from day one till the check out.

They are really care about every detail of cleanliness, excellent treatment with guests, and arranging everything, whether on the beach, restaurants or swimming pools.

Everything was good The staff is very friendly in the reception the check in went smooth even when we arrived early from the check in time the rooms were perfect and clean.The food was good at the main restaurant and the Italian, over all food was good with some variety.Above all the the ANIMATION TEAM were exceptional they were so good the effort and creativity were perfect We really enjoyed our stay and might get back again

The beach restaurant food needs more development it was okay but the main restaurant was much betterNot all drinks are included in the all-inclusive board like iced coffee and mojito which was not normal from other hotels we have been to but

The beds were very comfy with a clean room with great Air conditioners. Breakfast was good, lunch and dinner had great variety. For Italian and BBQ one needs to do an early reservation one day in advance. The food in both places is worth the extra effort. Swimming pools were nice and clean. The staff was great and helpful. They helped us celebrate a birthday and gave us snack boxes on the day of departure. There were enough activities for the kids to keep busy and a variety of activities for parents as well.

Everything was perfect, This is one of our best trips from all aspects, the hotel was great, and the facilities were super clean, the check in was very smooth and all the employees are so polite and helpful, special thanks to Salma El Borae she made out stay one of a kind, very helpful and super organized, thank you so much for everything.

The food and my wife got abdominal pain because of the food their and we wasted 2 days and half in the room cuz she got fever and heavy pain

Aqua need to be bigger ..Food taste in the main restaurant needs some upgrading and more variety

Beach cleaning and services there , activities of animation team , a big variety of restaurants available, the receptionist and their facilities

Increasing time available for dinner to extend to be at 10:00 pm instead of 9:30pm in the main restaurant .

The sea at Caribbean Soma Bay is absolutely stunning and the highlight of the hotel. The beach is open until 7 PM, so you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and warm water. The reception staff are friendly and attentive to guests, and the main restaurant staff are respectful and polite.The food quality in the main restaurant is good and tastes delicious. However, the à la carte restaurants are not on the same level. The portions there are very small, although the taste is nice ..I liked the duck in french cousin. I recommend trying the Arabian, French and Italian restaurants, but the others—especially the Albanian—are below standard, particularly the pizza.The animation team was excellent, especially Mohamed and Suma, who were skilled and welcoming to all guests. The hotel is nice for children, and the small aqua park is cute, although it was not cleaned well. The lifeguard at the aqua park was respectful and took good care of the children’s safety.Overall, the trip was somewhat pleasant but not outstanding.

It was a good experience but the staff needed more training in hospitality..

The treatment of the staff specially Mr. Mohamed ammar from the recipient staff, they are helpful and try to make your stay have lot of great experiences.

They have a great beach, lot of swimming pools for kids and adults.
