The staff is super friendly and the interior and the landscaping is very nice.

I expected so much more from the food. There is a huge variety but the quality and the cooking is not the best. The italian restaurant is most acceptable one.

We had a great time and we would definitely come back to this hotel. Excellent, professional staff and service. Very nice, clean and comfortable facilities. Tasty food in buffet restaurants but the same in a la carte restaurants. Nice and modern gym. We also liked the beach area and the waters are crystal clear. We can only recommend. Thank you! ?

I was disappointed by quality of the mixed drinks in the beach bar but the water was very nice. After tasting two mixed drinks I gave up on trying more ?

The hotel was nice and very clean. Food options were plenty with great service. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to do on the beach. No activities and it's very remote hotel far from everything. It's very nice if you want a complete relaxation or with a big group that will keep you entertained. The lighting was bad. There price was not justified, very expensive for a hotel in the middle of no where, they are competing with hotel prices in Hawaii & other European beaches.

Simply outstanding! Everything about our stay was exceptional.The hotel itself is brand new and immaculate; it truly lacks nothing. The food was delicious, excellent, and incredibly varied, offering something wonderful for everyone.The service is beyond excellent—every staff member was attentive and professional. The beach is fantastic, offering a wonderful experience.We had a faultless stay and will definitely be returning next summer. Highly recommended!

More waiters needed at the beach and the private pool needs to be cleaned more often.

Nothing at all

Unfortunately, our experience at Steigenberger Ras Soma was extremely disappointing and upsetting. We came for relaxation and a pleasant stay, but instead we faced very unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from some of the staff in the restaurant and buffet.One of the waiters behaved in a very disrespectful way, making offensive and inappropriate comments to me such as: “What a beauty.” This is completely unacceptable and felt like verbal harassment. I did not come here to be disrespected or made to feel uncomfortable in such a way.On top of that, one of the chefs at the waffle station even asked me for my Instagram account — another highly unprofessional and inappropriate act.Because of these disturbing incidents, we avoided going to the buffet altogether, and what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience. Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had.We will never return to Steigenberger Ras Soma, and we cannot recommend it to anyone. I hope management takes this feedback very seriously, because such behavior damages the reputation of the entire hotel.

New hotel, nice beach, very good food, clean

Staff responsiveness is not the best , specially when you have a problem (with exception of house keeping)I had a maintenance issue for two days, took me 6 calls, 2 escalations and a call to the operations manager to get it fixed

The resort was amazing. All facilities were great and staff were lovely, friendly and so welcoming. Rooms were amazing, clean and wonderful. The restaurants around the resort were great specially the Italian, Arabian and the Asian. The experience was absolutely incredible and surly will be remembered and repeated again.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel, from the staff to the facilities .. everything was amazing It’s extremely relaxing and the beach is beautiful The all inclusive meal plan is awesome .. the main buffet has endlesssss options and also you could eat at any of the other restaurants in the hotel

If i could add one comment it would be that i would have liked to be able to eat at my umbrella on the beach .. not having to leave all my stuff at the beach to go and have lunch at the beach restaurant

My recent stay at the Steigenberger Resort in Ras Soma was nothing short of incredible, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by every aspect of this magnificent hotel.The food was absolutely delicious, offering a fantastic array of culinary delights. Every meal was a true pleasure, with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared dishes that catered to all tastes. Chef Abd Rahman made for me the best pasta ever , Whether it was the main buffet or the specialty restaurants, the quality and variety were consistently outstanding.What truly elevated my experience, however, was the exceptionally helpful staff. Mr Mahmoud el badry duty manager was very professional and helpful I faced a problem with my room and he took care of everything

A big too many families with small children, but great if you have kids under 10.

Room was comfy. Main restaurant was good. 24 hour bar was cool. Staff were great. Spectacular hotel in many ways.

Impossible to get room service and to book tables at specialist restaurants for dinner. Phoned reception and 4 times they said people will call me back and not once did they do so. Rooms with private pools were nice but expensive and overlooked by 8 other apartments.
