The staff at Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort is super friendly and courteous. We were treated like royalty from the moment we stepped foot at the property till we left. The reception staff, the restaurants personnel, the cleaning crew at our room and evrybody else with a hotel uniform didn't spare any effort to make sure that our vacation will be memorable.The restaurants (I believe 5 or 6) offered a greaat variey of cuisine (traditional Egyptian, Italian, Indian, sea food and the typical steak house). BTW food was available pretty much 24 hours a day.Cleanliness at the facility exceeded our expectation everywhere we went.Thank you to all staff and management, keep it up.

Service is great, and the entire staff is excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. The food is better quality than most all inclusive resorts. The WiFi is strong enough to stream music and video and even worked on the beach!!!

There should be a true jacuzzi/hot at the hotel somewhere, possibly in the indoor pool area, since winter nights get chilly. But other than that I have no complaints.

A great place for a honeymoon, because it's nice to not have to think and plan much and just relax. With a nice room, lovely beach, functional resort, and all the food and drinks you want at your fingertips.

I would like to thank Abdelaaziz and Ahmad Akram that were in the reception they were professional and very much helpful , they made my stay much pleasant and provided me with all the information I needed . The rooms are beautiful and the staff at the hotel are great.

We had a wonderful vacation at Pickalbatros Blu Spa! Everything was clean, food was great, service was top notch. Very friendly staff and not pushy. Very attentive. Rooms are very spacious, clean and modern.Our spa experience was also great. Seating areas around the resort are very nice with wonderful views, wifi is great and strong everywhere around the resort as well. Beach is a bit small but has plenty of sun loungers. People do reserve their sun loungers very early in the morning around the pool and the beach which is a downside, but you can still find somewhere to lounge.Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

Very friendly and very good level of Serive. We felt very welcomed, especially by Me. Haitham Serag ( Front Office Manager) Very Calm (+16 years) very clean, Rooms in good shape. Beach very clean and helpful Life Guards. Further the indoor pool with the Jaccuzis and the voucher for the SPA made our stay unforgettable.

Near airport so very convenient. Service are excellent. You could stay after check out if your flight is late in the afternoon or evening, that's very nice!

I got food poisoning and felt very tired and vomited a lot. One day at 4 AM, I was extremely sick and vomiting every 15

The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I really liked the room view and the comfortable bed.

The manager Haitham was quite exceptional. He was everywhere on the property. The scent in the reception area is impeccable

The spa , sauna and steam room etc need an upgrade

We had a lovely time at Pickalbatroz Blue Spa. After a couple of weeks travelling we were in need of some R&R and the Blue Spa was perfect for that. No worries, easy-going environment and super helpful staff. A big thank you specially to Haitham Serag that from the start to the end of our stay was always there providing all the assistance, care and attention. He definetely made our stay even more special!

We spent two nights at Pickalbatros Blu Spa in Hurghada and enjoyed an excellent all-inclusive experience. The hotel is spotless, and the variety of food and restaurants exceeded our expectations. Drinks and beverages were available all day, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Near to airport.A big thank you to Mr. Haitham Serag and his wonderful team for making my husband’s birthday special—they handled everything perfectly. The beach is beautiful and peaceful. Long stretch of swimming pool outdoor and indoor, some heated pools.The only thing that felt average was the night show feels like for teenagers but it didn’t take away from the overall great stay. Highly recommended!

Nothing just I thinks its better to come in October rather than November because start to be cold.

This is my third time here, and I absolutely love this place! It’s one of the cleanest and best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Ali Issa at the reception — very professional and kind. The rooms are spotless, the food is amazing, and the chefs do a great job. I highly recommend it!

Everything, staff very kindly and supportive, the area was very clean, the meals were very delicious and available all the times as well as many dishes with different kinds of meals.

The WiFi sometimes the signals became poor which need you to disconnect and reconnect again
