Bellagio Beach Resort & Spa

Af my arrival at the resort, I was greeted by the Guest Relations Manager, Mr Mina Attique, a very pleasant person. He explained about the resort and personally showed me the important places in the resort. During my stay, he made a point to see me three times to inquire about my trip and made me feel very comfortable. Great job. The Resort was more than my expectations. Food was excellent. Entertainment in the evening was a pleasant surprise every night. I had an excellent vacation at Bellagio.

The elevator needs improvement. The Egyption Restaurant, The Oasis needs some attention, especially the hospitality staff’s training.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, the heated pool was really great specially in the morning, the hotel is the best destination for a family holiday, however I'm really happy that I spent my honeymoon there

The room was very nice. Comfortable and with everything what needed. The food was very good and varied. Most of the staff were very nice.

A few employees were not so nice even in the morning at breakfast.

Just too big and sprawling. Food was plentiful but mediocre. We never resolved the lack of internet or hot water (after the morning) in our room. There are à la carte restaurants in addition to the buffets, but reserving a table in one is a bizarre ordeal.

The hotel room was spacious.

During our entire stay of 10 days, the beach staff made absolutely no effort to assist guests with carrying the sun loungers. Guests were left to manage everything on their own, while the staff appeared to spend their time socializing in their corner and focusing on other matters. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel.The drink cups provided at the beach were extremely unhygienic. They were visibly dirty, cracked, and in a condition that would discourage anyone from using them.Service in the restaurant was also very poor. The staff was inattentive, tables were not set, and guests had to repeatedly draw attention to themselves in order to receive basic service.Overall, the service in this hotel does not meet five-star standards in any way.

Lot of things accessible in the hotel.

The food is really average. Some parts are not well maintained. The surrounding is not pleasant with the construction activities. Everything looks a bit artificial.

Everything is perfect, and Mr Mina Attia made the experience exceptional! He is very friendly and extremely responsive to any request. I’ll definitely come back to Bellagio and would be super lucky if Mr Mina was still in charge! The whole staff are friendly too, and the housekeeping is super nice! Special thanks to Fady who was responsible for our room!

Would highly recommend this Hotel. Nothing to complain about, all the staff were excellent, friendly and nothing too much trouble for them. The food was very good and cleanliness could not be faulted.

I really enjoyed my week at the hotel, really went beyond my expectations.

Bed sheets were not clean And staff attitude was not great I stayed almost 2 hrs in the room couldn't sleep because it is not clean til someone finally came to clean it and change bed sheet and wipe the floor and desk.

The room was very clean and perfect. The location is great, with a good variety of tasty food options. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Worst Experience Ever – Totally Overrated!

Booked twice, 1st via their website and later via BookingI asked in advance for renovated rooms, got old ones instead. This is NOT a 5-star experience!* The bathrooms of Family Rooms# 1275 and 1283 have no ventilation – we had to use reception toilets.* Balcony view on broken aquapark + dirty water that smells like sewage → full of mosquitos day & night.* Non-stop construction noise + paint smells every morning.* Closest elevator out of service for 2 days – very hard for our elderly guests.* Staff ignored us as Egyptians, only serving foreigners with a smile (except 2-3 workers).* Restaurant staff just cleared plates & cutlery but left empty glasses and tissues; had to ask twice for proper cleaning.* Found AC leaking in one room, fridge broken in another.* Curtain was half blackout, half see-through – couldn’t sleep properly.* Internet extremely poor inside Rooms.* Got to tip housekeeping, still no shower gel refill.When we finally complained, they offered room upgrade but it was too late. This stay felt like an insult despite paying in USD through their website. Never coming back and don’t recommend it to anyone.

- Mattresses Cleanliness.- Waiters in Lebanese and Italian restaurants were very unprofessional and they just want you to eat very quickly and leave so i recommend the open buffet even the food is served cold.- room service they need checklist when they arrange the room what should be done and the tick on each point, because they always forget to do things.

The facilities are good, hotel is nice, reception team are very kind specially Mr. Mohammed, pool was good and big.

The sea was shallow and we couldn’t swim in it

Great stay at Bellagio Hurghada! The food was very good and the beverages made the experience even better. The animation team was fantastic. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed at reception for the warm welcome and to Mr. Omar for the warm welcome and his kind assistance. Highly recommended!

At first I would like to thank Mr. Omar ( operation manager ) he was extremely helpful organizing our stay.Everything was good my kids had so much fun.Polite staff also helpful.Clean and comfortable rooms.Food was very tasty and delicious.Animation team they were very fun and energetic also I loved all the shows and best part they were different than other resortsIt was our first time visiting bellagio and won’t be the last

Beach, food, clean room and AMAZING Customer service

People smoking in and around kids disco, should be more signage or stricter enforcement during that time.

Room was modern, clean and recently renovatedStaff are very helpful and friendly. Mr Omar Sami made sure we get late checkout to accommodate for our late flight schedule.Food quality was good overall. Lobby bar was excellent, it was our favorite spot.

Room sound insulation was bad, you could hear noise from the hallway, other rooms or outside.We booked the Italian restaurant for dinner, but it was not good. Hotel is a bit small, it can be very busy in the pool and during meals

Hotel was so nice, many activities throughout the day, Beach was amazingSpecial Thanks to Mr Omar he made our stay super easy, didn't spare an effort for us to enjoy our stay to the max
