Location is amazing and kitchen very nice very good

They don't pay much attention to room services and their contents, such as toothpaste, creamer, and other items commonly found in regular hotels.

1- Staff can be improved a lot (behavior, chats over the guests heads,.. etc)2- Repeated buffet, reformed buffet to look fresh but it clearly not, food quality3- All Inclusive band color coding!4- Exposed construction works5- Jamming toilet sink6- Door frame with noticeable gap!

Animation team very bad cleaning

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming — special thanks to everyone who made our stay so comfortable. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the fun and energetic animation shows in the evenings, which added a great vibe to the stay. Overall, highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

They might consider adding some showers near the beach and pools, and the food variety could be improved.

Food is middle,Bars need to be more, the hotel is small but they need to find a place for installing adults aqua park with 5/6 slides at least, swimming pools needs to be more

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was lively, especially during the parties — we had so much fun!A special thanks to Mr. Abd Elsatar, the manager, for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. Truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had — highly recommended!

The hotel was great and clean , the standard room size is suitable and was very clean , there was toilets everywhere and they were very clean also , the beach and pools were also so nice Hotel stuff were helpful and nice to everyone and special thanks to Mrs Shereen at the reciption , Mr Omar pool and beach supervisor and Mr Ahmed resturant supervisor Overall this hotel exceeded my expectaions

Typical all Inclusive Resort. Buffet and drinks were plentiful but I would prefer less options and better quality. Pool was nice and quiet now in February. Room was fine, beds very comfy.Very poor internet connection, only available in the lobby. Not much around in the area, nothing to explore withing walking distances.

Serenity , nearness to the beach , friendly staff, every staff I interacted with was helpful and friendly to us . The hotel looks beautiful.

Cold kids pool . My kids had to swim in a jacuzzi ( at the warm pool ) The aqua gym is very boring. A room next to mine was being renovated during the day and my kids could not sleep because it was too loud . The spa workers are REALLY annoying. They follow guests to pools , and ask every single minute about their services. They even force you to take the services . Asking is okay but not following people everywhere and asking why they don’t want what they offer .

Some staff members are very noisy when they communicate with each other.AC is weak.WiFi is weak and restricted to reception area.Too may construction areas.Old towels.Active animation team but need to learn basic English language

The resort was nice, clean and the beach as very nice The staff was very responsive ,polite and helpful.Some small shops nearby for quick buys.

There was no free internet available in roomsThe quality of drinks were not good.The Lunch/dinner buffet was not rightly organized , the Names of the Dishes were all messed up, Non-veg soup with Veg labels , Puddings marked incorrect. Though The quality and quantity of the Spread was adequate.

Everything was very good , hotel stuff and cleanliness of the beach, also there must me a special thanks to Ms. Sherin that was very supportive from day one and helped us to extend our vacation 2 more nights..Would go again @ Palm beach for sure as it wasn't my first time. Very good place to relax and night animation team was perfect
