Everything else. The staff was horrendous, the solicitors didn¿t leave you alone, the food was gross and repetitive, and the services listed were lies.

The room matched the photos perfectly.Food:The food was delicious with a good variety to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh, well presented, and consistently good throughout the stay.Facilities:The hotel facilities were great and well organized. The pool and common areas were clean, relaxing, and enjoyable. Everything was easy to access and well maintained.Cleanliness:Overall cleanliness was outstanding, both in the rooms and public areas.Value for Money:Very good value for the price. Sea and stuff in the lobby area and at the pool bar was polite.

We booked our rooms with all inclusive but they are serving drink with 150 ml plastic cup . Foods not delicious and every day they are serving same meals just maybe 2 different meal. In the hotel they didn’t have wi-fi if you want to connect you need to pay even if you booked all inclusive.They didn’t give us good information about hotel’s facilities.

The view was amazing, offering a magnificent panorama of both the pool and the sea.

The property contains outdated furniture and significant damage to the flooring. Additionally, the bathroom dimensions are inadequate, as the narrow entrance restricts easy access to the shower. Overall, the property requires renovation.The housekeeping doesn’t have the appropriate tools to adequately clean the room.

The staff were very helpful and decent, and they did a great job. The food was good in most meals, with a nice variety. I also liked the vibes of the place. Overall, it was a nice experience.

What I didn’t like was the dessert it was really bad. The internet connection was also poor. When I arrived and checked in, the room wasn’t clean, so I had to wait around 15 minutes.

Reception staff are very helpful and polite, I enjoyed my stay and sure will come again once more, my children enjoyed so much, the beach is amazing and very clean, rooms are so comfy

The sea and location is very good and has access to the sea very clean by the way it is a big resort and very entertaining ,some waiters at lobby were very friendly also security and reception

First off all they didnt give us the room we booked they gave us a room with 2 single bed, the cleaning was a disaster ,sand on the flor mirror not clean bathroom stinks and all furniture was old wood ,we also bought detergent for the bathrom smell, almost all staf there is doing the job but still want a tipping for just opening a dor ,maybe a culture but it became annoying. The food is very smelly because they use many herbs and no salt ,we had to eat outside sometimes. The shops inside the resort had double and triple the price off big central markets in city, so we had to negotiate for every price and they dont leave you alone to chose what you want.This is the first time i paid all inclusive and still have to pay for everything. City outside is very dirty chaotic no rules when driving be aware of scammers

The sea, aqua parks, and pools were excellent. Palma offers two distinct beaches: one sandy with a rocky edge that’s perfect for snorkeling, and another sandy with deeper waters at El Palacio, ideal for swimming. In addition, there are two small aqua parks at Palma and El Palacio, plus a larger, well-designed aqua park at Mirette — definitely worth the walk from Palma.Our room had a stunning sea view, even better than the photos on Booking.com, and we were fortunate to get a renovated unit. The furniture, bathroom, and facilities were all brand new. Although stylish, the furniture felt a little bulky for the room’s size.The à la carte restaurants were far superior to the main buffet, making dining a much more enjoyable experience.The location is also very convenient, right in the heart of Hurghada, with easy access to shopping areas.Special thanks to Mr. Abdelhamid, the restaurant manager at Four Corners, for his attentiveness and warm hospitality, as well as to the Food & Beverages manager at Palma, who went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied.

The room air conditioning was a major issue. It seemed to be the only part of the room not renovated — extremely noisy, unreliable, and uncomfortable to use. We even had to change rooms because of the AC noise. While the unit in the second room was slightly better, it failed after a power cut, which made things frustrating.The food was also disappointing. The taste and quality of ingredients were poor, with most dishes looking appealing but lacking real flavor. The only dish I truly enjoyed was the grilled quails. Many desserts, such as puddings, chocolate cakes, and sauces, were clearly made with fillers like starch and artificial colors instead of real ingredients.Cleanliness needs serious improvement outside the main common areas. While the lobby and pools were well maintained, many of the walkways were only marginally clean. The paths near the rooms and those leading to the aqua park were especially dusty and littered with cigarette butts on the sides, which took away from the otherwise nice atmosphere.

very bad attitude from all the team, i asked for my invoice since my friends came back and they didnt send it to mei had to call several times and they kept transferring me to each department and then they said we cant give u an invoice as its not ur name however i made the booking from my account to my friendsi will not book there again and will spread the word of that bad treatment

Reception team in palma and palacio are badreception team at palacio someone called mohamed refused to send me the invoice and didnt listen to mereservation team at palma especially someone called mohamed as wellhe was rude and hang up on me
