Everything specially the staff they are all so friendly and helpful enjoyed our honeymoon also special thanks to Mr Khaled the reservation manager he is so helpful and always keen to satisfy us during our stay also the barrista shenouda is fantastic great cocktails

Everything was excellent , the hotel offers extensive recreation, from the fitness center to pool to evening entertainment ensuring guests have plenty of options for fun and relaxation during their stay. All the staff especially Mr Ramy , were very friendly and helpful also the food taste was delicious especially the Italian restaurant.

Very clean place, with amazing food and super friendly staff. Once we arrived we got upgraded to the best suite they have by Mr Khaled Helmy who was super friendly, helpful and generous from the very beginning to the last minute. They allowed us to check out late by 6 hours to be convenient with our flight since they had the chance to. The buffet has lots of different cuisines with great quality. The suite we stayed in was very spacious and very comfortable and clean, we also had jacuzzi in our suite which was amazing. The pools and the beach are also amazing!

Could have better entertainment programs

We had an amazing stay at Premier Le Rêve in Hurghada! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from Mr. Khaled at the reception made us feel at home. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling.In the main restaurant, special thanks to Chef Fathy for the delicious food and to Ibrahim and Ahmed, the waiters who took such great care of us every day. Their kindness and attention to detail made every meal even more enjoyable.The hotel is super clean and beautifully organized. The beach is gorgeous, the sea is crystal clear, and the food was amazing — great variety and taste in every meal. Everything was just perfect, from the atmosphere to the service.We truly enjoyed every moment and felt completely relaxed. Thank you to everyone at Premier Le Rêve for making our holiday unforgettable! We’ll definitely come back again ❤️

Everything was amazing from food to rooms The stuff was truly incredible Mr. Khaled Helmy Assistant Manager was handling everything from arrival to departure with love & care It was amazing dealing with him as an elder brother

Sea was great. Staff was super friendly. Check-in was done in a minute. Food was amazing. They also gave us honeymoon upgrade. It's a great hotel for relaxation.

The parties were kind of boring. There was no actual interesting night shows or activities.

The food quality is not good enough for open buffets (breakfast,lunch and dinner) but alacarte restaurants qualities were very good.

A highlight of our stay was the Exclusive Lounge, which truly elevated our experience. The serene atmosphere of the lounge was perfect for a quiet moment, and we especially appreciated the refreshing and delicious fresh juices on offer. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a healthy, revitalizing drink.

The staff were so so so friendly and professional starting from the bill-boy to the reception manager Mr. Khalid who was a role model for how hospitality should look like even before we arrive to the property.

Just I thought since it is a +16 resort I would see more young groups or couples but it was all elderly ppl making me feel odd. The place gets quiet around 10.30 but they have 24H bar and a lounge with pool or billiard till 1, thought if you wana enjoy night life there is a bar 10 min by car and a hookah tent in the old town.

Everything about the hotel is amazing , the stuff are extra ordinary , the food is perfect , the vibes are relaxing and nice , it is very near to the old town , my only comment about the variety of ages , most of the hotel guests are very old , the young are very very few which made me feel odd but all other things are perfect , i would like to specially thank mr.Khalid for his great hospitality and care and all the restaurant waiters and the reception for their continuous smile and great vibes , actually the staff are the extra mile in this hotel !

The staff at the property were really great, always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Snorkeling opportunities from the jetty are excellent. The food was delicious with lots of options.

The bathroom in the room was outdated. There was a smoking room in the bar but all the smoke came into the bar and it smelled like stale smoke.
