Hotelux Marina Beach

Honestly, this was kind of a bust. We arrived and we're pleased by the gentleman at reception, but after that it went downhill. Meals were distasteful, staff badgered us to buy extra packages, the room wasn't clean, few things at the resort worked. POOR.

We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed everything about this property. The price is great. That makes it great value. The sea water is clear. The grounds are beautiful. I liked the food too. Highly recommend!

many things1- the lights in the toilet and the room entrance were not working2- lighting buttons beside the bed not working 3- no kettle or complementary drinks4- bed cover was very narrow, like 60 cm width or something like this5- very poor animation team and facilities 6- horrible restaurant honestly worst hotel I have ever been too, I’m quite sure on a low budget any hostel will be much better

The staff were amazing,very helpful, respectful and polite with smiley faces every day.Special thanks to: Big Hassan,Hussien, Terek.They made our holiday a dream, our son did not want to go back home.Animation team interact with guests with activities.The landscape and green plants very nice and well maintenance.Private beach.

Nothing liked everything is very bad..air conditioning is not working in more than 3 rooms..and also not working in reception and main restaurant...ants and mosquitoes were found in the room..visa was working and the receptionist requested the money in cash..room was not clean..old furniture....animation team very boring..child pool is not clean

Very poor hotel

cold food-every day the same,dirty cutlery plates glasses and coffee pots, chefs in dirty unforma dirty kitchen facilities food served in dirty bowls atc. unpleasant smell in the whole hotel people smoke cigarettes in the hotel rooms and outside, the toilets and the room dirty and smelly, theoretically clean towels turn out to be dirty , I’m so disappointed on the pictures Hotel looks good but in fact it is really poor.

The bathroom ventilation was not working even after several complaints no one fixed.The telephone was not working, room lighting was really bad.Room was not cleaned and towels were not changed during the two days night stay.

Our room with sea view was spacious and exquisite with an excellent view of the Marina. The food was alright especially at the Italian restaurant The animation team were great and took us out at night. The resort is very good and spacious. The pool and bars were nice. The beach was a bit rocky on the shore but I saw some really nice fish and coral reefs deep inside.

Lack of order in the main restaurant, we had to wait in a queue just to grab a plate to eat. However the Italian restaurant was well organized and wasn't crowded so it was great. Overall was a great stay and I would recommend staying there.

The AC not working on the restaurant.The AC not working as cooling at the room only like a fan with high level of humidity.The level of food variety is limited The soft drinks not available for the 24h and i purchased the water because only 1 liter is provided for the person

There was nothing to like.The breakfast was the same as the rest of the food, cold, unappetising and the flies were constantly all over it.The only thing we liked were the cab drivers who worked from the hotel who were excellent and helped us a lot.

Cold food, flies in food hall, shabby decor inside and out, dangerous sunbeds, no hot water most of the time, harassment by hawkers on the beach from the hotel shops and every time you tried to set foot outside the hotel. Management didn’t care about complaints because you’d paid money on arrival.

Very beautiful view from balcony and the hotel is near by marina bay a beautiful place to visit in hurghada.

Poor facilities Very poor water to shower with hot water was not always available. not well cleaned and we asked for toilet paper and other things all the time.the food was not so good no variety not good quality.
