The man at the pool bar who made Sheisha - was very nice The room was clean, had a balcony and very close to the beach front and pool & waterslides Beach was nice with enough chairs, entertainment & food & drinks. Live cooking station at the buffet. Walking distance to the Marina for good restaurants We missed a tour pick up as the room keys didnt work and the manager arranged a vehicle to take us to the location

Room was far end of the property in annex building , wifi was limited to the reception area Had to bargain with the cafe for the price of fresh juice which is very annoying - JUST PUT THE PRICE ON THE MENUThe phone in the room didnt work - informed multiple times but never fixed Shower doors need replacing and the hot water took more than 8 minutes to get from cold to hot which is a extensive amount of waster water.

Beautiful environment

The coffee bar in this hotel is given different prices to people from different countries. The price of a bottle of mineral water is 20 Egyptian pounds on the menu, and this person charged me 100 Egyptian pounds. I don't know if this mineral water is diamond-encrusted? This kind of behavior of “watching people serve different dishes",being two-faced really makes me feel sick. It ruined my mood and ruined my vacation. I flew 10,000 kilometers from China to this country. I want to come to this beautiful place to spend my birthday, not to be treated like this. He got my Chinese gift from me, but he also talk dirty to me. The quality of this employee is really low. I don't know how the hotel trains him. Can anyone get on the job casually?Of course, my camera recorded the whole process. I don't mind uploading it to social media so that people all over the world can see this person's face clearly. It's simply slandering the Egyptians.中国人来这个酒店住的话，整体其实还是挺不错的，但是遇到咖啡吧的这个人，菜单上写的多少就给多少，不要怕事，上就完了。

The staff is very nice. Especially Mr Mostafa Elkhabery and Ahmed Said from the reception.. They were very helpful nice and good representative of the hotel. Would like to go there again. Very Nice experience. The beach is very nice where you can also make snorkeling at part of it and see colorful fish and coral reefs. The aqua was also very nice.

The Foods and rooms could be better

About the beds - they are very comfortable and soft but the pillows.....awful....thick and hard, it was not possible to sleep on them, I tried to ask some soft pillows from stuff but they didn't find any.

We read the reviews before we go and did not expect a lot. But we were pleasantly surprised! The rooms are fine and clean, we got a free upgrade to sea view. The rooms are cleaned every day, beds are made and 2 bottles of water. As for the shower being cold, that was only between 17:00 and 19:00 as everybody is coming back from the beach and getting ready for diner. So outside this window you are fine!Garden is really beautiful and wel maintained.The staff is really nice. We came back from a Luxor tour all tired and they sent us a basket of fruits to the room without us asking! 10/10 service. As for the comments on the food and beer, it is all fine, don’t expect top chef cooking but we ate there most of the days and we did not get sick, there is enough variety. The hotel is right on the Main Street and perfect for pickups if you have any activities planned!Best price value in Hurghada.Special thanks to Malaky and Sam for the entertainment!

We booked a bungalow room as wanted peace and quiet. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade to a room in a block that was undergoing work. But it was closer to the beach. Didn't want to climb up stairs so told them to put us in a bungalow that we booked. All this was sorted and we were very happy there. Bungalows could do with updating though. The grounds were kept immaculate and the pool area was great. We were able to get sunbeds on both the beach and the pool. Food choice was adequate. The snack bar serving lunch gets very busy so best get a table early. You can swim up to the pool bar and sit and have a drink on the stools. Cleaning staff were very friendly as well as the restaurant staff. Nothing at all to complain about. It was Ramadan when we visited so it must have been hard for them but no problems with getting served at 6pm for a drink in the bar when they are supposed to eat as it's their time. Beer was either draught Sakara or bottled Stella in cups or glasses. Abundance of soft drinks. You can serve yourself at meal times in the restaurant soft drinks. They have a machine that you can have coffees in the bar area also. It was in a good location for us to be able to walk out as we know the area very well. Will be looking to book again in October for 6 or 7 nights.

The Sea water wasn't clean. I saw the biological waste , possibly from yachts a few times

Location on Sheraton Road is perfect.Staff is very efficient and professional. The room was good size. Heating was working. The food above average for this price range. Infact the food was very good.Good value for money

The hotel was going through refurbishment. Most of the grounds filled with bungalows, it doesn't look good. Odd outdoor space of restaurant filled with small pool.Small bar area.Odd sitting area in the lobby.

I liked the location , beach and the animation team

I didn’t like one of the staff attitudes working in the hotel bar his name Shnoda made me disconfort and the management was weak .

The reception staff is very professional. Special Ahmed Said. The food is not good. Have been ln Egypt about 15 Times. Will not recommend All inclusive They really need a better Meny. Have Beef could not Eat it.But There are a lot of restaurants in front of hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location The staff on ZYA Regina Resort are very professional and service minded.Regards Bjarke

The amazing view of the Red Sea from our room, the beach area with inclusive beach bar, the pristine gardens around the resort & the reception area looked modern & fancy.

We constantly had issues with hot water running out & power outages, WiFi only works at the reception area, though the staff were very friendly, they would sometimes force guests tip for general services or constantly harass you to book day trips through them. The food was okay, just not a lot of variety especially with breakfast items.

Everything was very good, the room was very well cleaned, the service was very good.

The vendors on the beach were really unpleasant, annoying and every day it was like that. And during my stay the beach bar was closed and the pool restaurant was also closed, it was not pleasant.

I’ve stayed at Regina Hotel multiple times, and every visit has been nothing short of amazing. A special thanks to Mr. Sherief Abdelmoneim, the Front Office Manager, for always pampering us and making sure we have a great stay. The hotel is cozy, and I noticed the food was even better this time. The beach was also excellent, and overall, everything was just perfect. The staff is always welcoming, and the service keeps us coming back. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable experience! Everything at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The food was simply delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality in every dish. The beach is spectacular, perfect for relaxing and enjoying paradise. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay.I also want to give a special thanks to Sandra, Hady, the guy at the beach bar, and the young girl at reception, who all made our stay even more special with their kindness and outstanding service.It’s important to note that this review is based on Egyptian standards, not European ones. That being said, we were genuinely impressed and had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The internet connection there works very poorly.

Staff were wonderful,starting with reception especially Rozen,. so so helpful sorted our accomodation issues with minimum of fuss.Mansour our housekeeper tended to our every needs and kept our bungalow immaculately clean.passed by every day to check on us.In general all the staff were very friendly ,helpful and interested in our well being.Most impressive aspect of the Regina bearing in mind it has some 200 odd units was its owner,he was always present to interact with his customers and very approachable .l spoke to him on several occasions.As with most all inclusive holidays the inevitable issue of food raised it's ugly head yes there was room for improvement however the owner never shirked his responsibilities in facing complaints from customers.Well done you sir and all of your lovely staff.Lastly thank you to the bar staff who worked their butts of to keep our glasses full.

On the whole not much to complain about.perhaps the WIFI a bit below par.

The room was very comfortable and clean and the beach was okay.

The food was horrible, no variety. When you ask for snacks they tell you “ there’s only cheese and bread “ and fries are extra, water is extra ! Knowing that I paid my stay all inclusive. At my last day, I asked to have a room where I can change and take a shower before leaving to the airport, they said okay and it’s offered by the hotel, but when I entered the room there was a man in the room !! For me the staff was incompetent and not professional at all.

The hotel is in the perfect location, easy walking distance to the marina and shops and right on the beach. I cannot fault the hotel staff. The restaurant staff were extremely accommodating, very friendly and professional. Good communication and management always around to keep things running smoothly. The entertainment for young and old were also very good. The "animation team" made sure there are plenty of entertainment during the day such as yoga, Zuma, Volleyball, table tennis and ball games and in the evening a variety of entertainment for adults and kids to participate or watch. There is a daily cleaning service in the room with fresh towels and water and our cleaner was excellent, respectful of sleeping times and friendly.

The hotel loses points for the food. We went all inclusive and felt the variety of different dishes especially local dishes were missing. Not enough fresh vegetables and fruit in particular. I noticed there were plenty of seasonal fruit outside in the fruit stalls such as mangos, pomegranate, watermelon ect but inside the restaurant consisted mostly of just bananas and apples and salads were the same every day.It is buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner, just a lack of variety as lots of the dishes were the same. Plenty of local cakes if you have a sweet tooth and good variety of bread. Overall a good hotel with good facilities and nice small and private beach area. The local drinks were not to our liking, but for a small fee you can have other choices.
