The room was updated and comfortable. They upgraded us to a two bedroom room on arrival, so that was a nice surprise. The buffet had a lot of options and was good overall. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and at the beach, which was a short walk from the main part of the resort. We were also impressed by the quality of the evening show. We were only there to experience the "Latin Night" show, but it was very nicely done. I would definitely stay here again!

The beds were a little firm for my liking and I'm not sure there was any alcohol in the drinks served poolside, but they were still tasty!

I enjoyed the stay at Sindbadclub. The staff is very friendly, always smile, and are proactive in helping and serving. The breakfast and dinner were too nice and varied every day. It is the second time to book with them and they are really developing.

The staff is very friendly. They helped us with early check-in and arranged a room for us to shower since we had a late flight on the last day. You can really feel the customer satisfaction mentality. They always responded positively to every request, and I extend my gratitude to the entire team.

One of the rooms we stayed in had been painted for renovation purposes, and we were exposed to a foul paint smell on the first day. When I asked to change rooms, they agreed, but we didn't want to change because we were already settled in.Activities like diving and boat tours have very limited availability, making it difficult to find a place during peak periods. Partnering with more intermediary companies would be beneficial for the hotel.

The beach was beautiful with lots of facilities and sunbeds. Variety in food and restaurants. Staff was friendly and welcoming

Great staff, variety of restaurants to visit. Beach was reasonably close in a resort across the street. Waterpark was fun to try for an evening.For last minute booking they have a dive center, but I do not recommend it for experienced divers. It is better to dive with another company that will arrange the transfer.

Would be great to have an easier system to exchange beach towels.

Thank you so much to all the staff of Sindbad for their impeccable service especially to Megan, Wessam, Mina Nasry & Mohamed from the reception. As well as Ahmed & all the cleaning staff from 5th floor. They were all accommodating especially Mr. Mohamed Elsayed who guided us to the path going to the beach & Aqua Park. Moreover, they also upgraded our rooms to suite. The hotel looks a bit old but still in good condition, clean & they maintained it. There’s a mixture of old & modern style. But the best was there’s a lot of activity & restaurants that you can choose that is included in the all inclusive. You just need to make a reservation at the Asian & Italian restaurant in the morning and also check their daily programs. There’s also aqua park, beach, entertainment, activities for the kids, Aqua Zumba, etc.

The only downside is that there’s no parking area within the vicinity of the hotel. We need to park the car outside the hotel under the heat of the sun with a daily fee. And the personal daily kit, slippers, etc. is upon request.

The staff, especially Ahmed our cleaner on 6th floor, very helpful and thorough. The bar staff were particularly attentive and friendly, always chatty, bringing drinks over, and the guys in the Italian restaurant, fantastic service, would bring things to suit every dietary need and the bar staff around the pool, very attentive and helpful.The variety of food was really good and beach very clean and well managed, couldn't fault the staff at all, thank you so much we really enjoyed as a family of 10, with teens, child and adults, would definitely return. Special shout out to Emad and James who were always helpful and chatty.

The lifts broke down a few times and some of the staff trying to sell us spa treatments and excursions were very pushy and constantly trying to get you to buy, day after day, even after saying no, a bit too much when we wanted to relax but didn't spoil things, was just annoying

The best in this hotel are staff. They are so kind, helpful and willing to grant your every wish. If I stayed there longer, I'd get spoiled. Chef cook is amazing person and food was even more amazing. The variety, quality, freshness of food is above I had imagined, and I was told that it will be great. Cleaning crew is also great, people at the reception too.... Room where we have stayed was small, but we only slept there, so that was not important to us. It was clean and air-conditioned. There are many activities all day for children and grownups. Beach is close to the hotel and it is nice, with a lot of shade and not too crowded, swimming pools too. They have restaurants on the beach and by the pool if you want to snack between meals or have an actual meal there. Outside of resort is not as crowded and hectic like in the city center, but you have stores all around. They call this street between resort and the beach "promenade". All in all we had great time and brought home great memories.

This was our 2nd time at the hotel. We like the location, the pools and the food. We rarely got an upset stomach, so this is a huge plus. The staff is very attentive. It's very nice to see more and more women working in the hotel.Please think about providing a parasol for the lifeguards, especially at the sea.

They are already updating some of the rooms, that's going in a good direction.

Poor Room Service: no conditioner, no shampoo, no tooth brush, no iron to iron my clothes, laundry service too expensive, no antibacterial wipes, magawish island trip photographer was not included in the trip cost.

Only the location

The property is out of date and old facility that is big and designed in the early 80s. It is very tired and it cannot be acceptable for people who knows five star hotels or four-star hotels in places like the far east or the Gulf area the furniture is completely demolished And not renovated and maintained poorly

We’ve had a great time at Sindbad Club! Lovely facilities and even greater staff. Special thanks to Mahmud from housekeeping, Ebram from the bars and Hatem from reservations! Also all of the other staff who we unfortunately didn’t get to know their names. From kitchenstaff to beach and front of house staff. Loved it that a late check-out is possible and the reception is available for questions through whatsapp.

Excellent facilities, we had room on the ground floor for 2 adults and one child which was perfect access to the pool/facilities. Housekeeping were amazing and couldn't do enough. One day I thought I lost my wallet at the bar the night before. The management were amazing, they checked the security cameras etc. they took it very seriously.In the meantime housekeeping found it under our bed. So honest.I had a treatment in the door l spa and it was amazing and a very good price. The food was very good. Great options for all even my 9 year old who is very fussy. I will definitely return with my extended family.

Some of the bar staff were a bit rude if I asked for a glass of wine from the bottle. Trying to give me in plastic glass from the tap.Telling me not possible even though I saw them giving it to somebody else. They want to be tipped first. Id rather tip after a good service. Not a big complaint but I like a nice glass of wine when I'm on holiday.

Close to the beach and airport

We accidentally left our beach towels on the pool Sun beds and they got pretty angry about it. I had to go back showing exactly whereI left them. I felt like they were treating me like a criminal!I left some tip on the first night to our cleaner and I was planning to leave more at the end of our stay. One our third and fourth day I could tell he wasn’t happy that I wasn’t leaving a tip. The floor was never cleaned. Our bathroom was poorly designed. Toilet and shower were awkwardly positioned next to each other and every time we had a shower toilet and surrounding got wet. No hygienic. No towel rail or hook meant we had no place to hang our towels! The fridge was broken so it had to be replaced
