The Atrium Beach Resort and Spa Sint Maarten, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The location was the only positive thing about this hotel.

If you want to pay with a debit card instead of a credit card, they want cash. The staff had nonchalant attitudes with the exception of the young man, I can't remember his name. The hotel is extremely dated. It felt very dirty.

They didn't make the beds daily,nor give additional towels for 3 guests

The location is great with many restaurants within walking distance. It's also on the local bus line so very easy to go between Maho and Phillipsbug during the week. The rooms have kitchenettes and there is a grocery store 1 block away!

Right on the beach, with the wonderful restaurant The Greenhouse right next door. The view from our room was amazing.180' view! Everyone at the hotel, The Atrium, where always very pleasant and helpful. We would visit them again, anytime! Thanks!!

Location...A grocery store,restaurants,fast food,gas station,pharmacy,rentals and more were all in walking distance and for the Price it had full small kitchens with dishwashers pot & pans,cheese grater,can opener, silverware, dish washing soap etc...

The view was great. The restaurant, The GreenHouse, great place to relax.

Staff is very helpful. Great location to walk to everything in Simpson Bay. Nice newly renovated room we had

Staff, location and beach are great.

Wifi is practically impossible to get regularly. Fit of sliding glass door is so poor that the wind makes a loud whistle.

Rooms were huge and had full size kitchens. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Great beach access and pool.

Hotel was a little loud and internet connection wasn't that reliable.

The room was bright and cheery. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette new cabinets and appliances

Same elevator out last visit still out. Is there really an elevator there? Water for shower is not good. Cold water Luke warm in all faucets. In shower a slight add of hot water is scalding so you have to take Luke warm water.

The hotel was located right on the beach and included free beach towels and chairs. The pool was clean. There were restaurants located basically on site.

Hidden fees. No restaurant inside/ room service of any sort. It would have been nice to have a shuttle instead of having to get a taxi.

The hotel was walking distance to the local restaurants in Simpson Bay.

Staff did not accommodate us. We booked a one bedroom room last July and requested an ocean view with a high floor. We are celebrating our 50th Anniversary this year and thought the manager would help us out. They said timeshare people come first.

The staff is friendly and everyone is accommodating. Our view from the 7th floor was great and had all the comforts of home. We love the Atrium and have been her 5 times now and will do it again next year

internet service - had to come down to the lobby everytime I needed to get on line - would prefer to do it from my balcony.

Location. Beach was perfect, close to everything, staff friendly and very helpful.
