This centrally located place was in walking distance to the town center. The restaurant next door, REFUGIO was the perfect breakfast place. They served well and coffee was great. The spacious room was squeaky clean and the staff would asked if you needed room service. The water was hot and pressure great. I would definitely return back.

I could have used some hangers for the open wardrobe, since there was a bar for it. Also, I had a hard time looking for the WiFi instructions which were posted on the back of the TV remote and it would be nice to know how to quickly turn on the TV which I struggled with. I also found the soap dispensers empty once I was in the shower. The cleaning ladies did fill them up and showed me how to use the TV remote. Just a few things to better improve the experience.

No breakfast.

No elevator to the room we booked so we had to take a different room. No porter to handle the bags.

A great location in the historic centro. Modern room with a view onto a small interior courtyard. Private off street parking. Very quiet.

THIEF AMONG STAFF!! Bought new medication and upon return after a day out a new unopened box of 24 pills was left with only 2. Also personal hair products were gone. I immediately reported it to Mr J. Carillo aling with evidence that night and was told manager would be in at 8 am next day to talk with me. I postponed my 7 am leave. Waited until 9 and nobody showed up. That night Mr Carillo told me they were aware of a problem with the employee and that night was supposedly her last day there. He said maybe it was out of revenge towards them. I asked for them to review camera outside my room 213. He said he would have camera crew look into it. A WEEK later I have not even received a callback or email from Management.

The facilities are great, the staff super kind and it is close to the main plaza not far from downtown Zacatecas
