Sea of Cortez Beach Club

Nothing to like given our experience.

Absolutely, they cancelled our reservations 15 minutes before check in. We received an email notification 4 hours prior to cancellation asking for a credit card update. We obviously didn't check email during our travel there, no phone calls received.

The rooms were very nice. I really like having a balcony looking to the ocean, having a kitchenette, and a barbeque area. The hotel was clean and very peaceful

I chose this hotel because it is beachfront . I was expecting to have a nice sandy warm water beach jus at a few steps. However, the beach in front is full of rocks, cold water, not to swim. We had to leave the hotel and look for a nice beach

5 mins from restaurants. You need a car. Very clean pool area. Zero tolerance for trash. Cleaning crew very friendly. Rooms were better than expected. Spacious, prefect for family trips. We got a two bedroom. Amazing view! Quiet and peaceful.

They asked you to turn in used towels in order to get new ones. Very inconvenient. They won¿t even make an exception. I had to go all the way to my room and get a dirty one in order to get a clean towel while my kids were at the pool. More flexibility!

Everything was clean, brand new kitchen utensils, all staff attentive and quick to please it's guests! We used the grills available and they were cleaned after each use! No need to pay extra for this Service.

The only thing I would think would need improvement on is the Restaurant. I only went once and ordered a Pizza and Chicken Sandwich. The Pizza was so so, the Chicken Sandwich came alone with no chips or Fries. It wasn't too expensive, menu needs work!

Everything was perfect, the beds were plush, the food at the restaurant was spectacular, the staff was very accommodating and the Roo was spacious and practical. I love having a full size refrigerator also.

Check in and check out times are just plain ridiculous. Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am

The bottom step at the main entrance is not clearly marked and a number of people tripped on this including myself, a friend and my wife who twisted her ankle really badly. Reported it to the reception staff, but hey you can't sue in Mexico, so who cares?

Great location, clean, quiet.

It is unfair to judge the hotel by one person. One of the people that checked us in and seemed to be there every day on second shift made the experience misereable. Other than that the rest of the staff was friendly and curteous.

We got the 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were perfect, the California King bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. The patio doors opened directly to the pool, jacuzzi and Ocean view on the bottom floor.

Location is one of the best. IF you visiti with your familiy this is the hotel you must book in.
