Great location, easy walking distance to many attractions. Oxxo around the corner.

Plumbing and electrical sockets. This is an old building.

Location, walking distance to central historical area, friendly staff, given triple room with terrace at the end of second floor, even with small fridge, beautiful courtyard with tall trees. Seemed most of interior rooms face the courtyard.

I loved the staff they were really friendly. I also loved that it was close to San Luis downtown

Although I liked that we were close to a lot of restaurants I did not like that it was by a shady neighborhood. I don’t think the cleaning services were done correctly. The restroom is quite dirty and the bed was really hard.

Gorgeous space-the pictures don't do it justice.Beautiful courtyard off every room and well equipped shared kitchen.Enough beds for pur fanily and appreciated the fridge in our room.Staff let us park securely.Must stay if visiting SLP!

More pillows would be great as well as a coffee maker/kettle.

Not good

The location was falsely advertised, by using photos and images of one of their different locations. There was no toilet paper in the rooms, very little drinking water, no towels, no blankets and we did not get the rooms we asked for. In addition, I never received a response to my booking questions and staff were seemingly unavailable. I had to have a local friend go to the house, get the keys and code, then have him wait to let us in at midnight because staff were unavailable by correspondence and they left the property at 9pm.

Very clean, spacious and pretty.

They dont provide shampoo. Only soap.

The room was dirty when I arrived ( a lot of hair on the floor), and the room I had on the ground floor with a window on the street was extremely noisy. Very loud music was playing in the area and a lot of traffic. They were friendly enouhg to give me another room the next day but the firdt night was hellish!

Location was good. Room was nice size.

Bathroom was not clean. Shower sprayed in all different directions. No hand towel provided.

Good location near the downtown. Sheets and bed were fabulous.

Sometimes there were some noises from other guests who were just walking out our room, but nothing at disturbing levels.

There is no parking so you have to pay extra. Very close to everything and a good value for your money. I would stay here again. Yoana was exceptionally helpful!! No windows though.
