Pros +
- It’s well located In a safe neighborhood and with accessible avenues. Walking distance to the sports club La Loma.
- Clean, comfortable beds and good breakfast
- Big rooms with comfy beds. Nice location, close to shopping center and supermarket. Breakfast was great. Very friendly staff.
Cons -
- We traveled with a group of friends and they overbooked the hotel and did not respect our friends’ reservation even when it was in the system. The room thermostat did not work properly, and the room was very cold during our stay. The cleaning lady only made the beds and the room was not cleaned properly.
- Everything was good
- We had a problem with the room door lock. However, reception personnel were very diligent in solving the problem.
