Very clean comfortable place. I arrived earlier than I thought and no problem checking in. Staff incredibly helpful. Requested 1st floor and got it. There is no elevator here

No luggage cart. No ice machine.

Close to Industrial Park of Circuito San Miguelito street

Parking lot is always full, a lot of heavy duty trucks it appears that industry keeps their vehicles safety during the night some host needs to park in front where there is no allowed to park

Location was excellent, not far off our travel route. Good mattress and linens.

The breakfast is not worth 120 pesos ($10 Canadian). Scrambled eggs with ham, good, nachos with cream and cheese in HOT sauce…not a great start to the day ?, refried beans, WHITE bread you can toast yourself, Luke warm coffee with carnation powdered cream.

It was a good place for the money of your not traveling with pets. Lobby was very clean and nice

Our room was dirty with hair on the floor. We didn't get the breakfast that you get when booking straight with the hotel . There was no luggage cart or person to help you with your luggage. The fees for pets is very high

Clean, but there were no towels in the room, and there is no elevator. I am fine with the no elevator, but I wanted to mention it in case it matters for someone else.

Towels in the room would have been nice.

Clean, the breakfast was very good.

The beds and covers

Beautiful lobby, nice room and good king sized bed. Staff great. Dog friendly. Quiet even tho directly off the main highway.

I got one with the fire alarm sounding every minute, I notified the staff and they changed the room right away.

Close Main road close to villa Reyes

No heating AC not working, low temperature in the room. Window not sealed at all so it was very noisy at night, television not working, shower ? not possible, 10 min only cold water and low= no pressure, just few water drops. Could get shampoo from head. No english speaking staff at front desk.
