Very clean people very friendly and very close to everything

Perfect location! It was a beautiful hotel, with a good view and many restaurants/malls around it!

The place was amazing, clean centric and also next to so many facilities such as food, pharmacy, shopping center and also a club.

The internet was awful and if you are not fan of clubs and loud music at night you need to ask for a room facing the opposite way of the club. Some staff members were really nice however at night the service was slow and not so polite.

Rooms do not have any view. Breakfast es very poor.

Hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of quality in every way: in the rooms, the food in the restaurant, and in the staff's willingness to help in any way.It truly is a great value: you get a lot in return for what you pay.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, great common facilities (work desks, meeting rooms, etc.) within the property! Great location to get anywhere in SLP! Valet parking included in room rate! Modern, new design.

The hotel is very impressive & the rooms were some of most comfortable & elegantly decorated that we have ever stayed in while traveling. For sure a 10 for this hotel!

The area around the place was nice, super close to the mall, and to a few nice restaurants.It smelled quite nice in the hotel the blinders in the room were really strong and created a good "night" effect

They did what we have never seen anywhere, is that even though breakfast is included, but in fact it is only "partially" available without extra price. For free you could get smth like yogurt and very poor sandiwch, but paying extra (~15 usd per person per breakfast) you might get something "warmier" - considering that it is not a cheap hotel, that small thing made is really offended.. How come can it be Marriott?Addiitonally, when we just got into the room, there was no "cold" water and only really hot (both sink and shower). When going down to tell it to the reception team they said "yes, we know about the issue, is been like this a few hours now".. If that's the case it was not nice that we were not informed about it upon the checkin Amenity kit was extremely poor, 1 shampoo and 1 shower gel for 2 people.There was no doors for shower, and even though there is a door to the bathroom but it's a) transparant, b) doesn' soundproof anything (attached photo).The room was fairly small and the lights switch was accross the room from main doors (which was extremely annoying when leaving the room).

the location is not there where is located in the card from Booking . Better type the direction in the Navi System ! No toothbrush glass available.The breakfast is continental and if you want to use the breakfast buffet it costs extra.

I used to stay at Fiesta Americana before it got too expensive. I began staying here and like it equally.

Outdoor parking only. Breakfast could be better.

We were disappointed of just cold breakfast, no choice of any warm food, it's winter and San Luis Potosí is cold ?Bathrooms have no privacy and shower is rain style, if you don't want to wash your hair is hard taking a shower...

So disappointed of the breakfast. Problems with the sewer in the shower. There is no coffee in the room, the shower doesn’t keep water inside the cube.

I pay for my breakfast, I do not like continental.

The bathroom, was to hard for me to use the toilet and the shower, I do not have my left leg.

I loved the location, amenities, service, and up-to-date building features.

I had an encounter where a staff member accidentally spilled a drink on me. The drink was not discounted from my bill. Another drink was brought out as a replacement, but it would have been courteous for the staff member not to have charged me for said drink.
