Location... breakfast almost everything as good but at least there should have microwave and intercoms phones so we can call at reception

We waited like 2 hours at front desk for check in and wasn’t told the reason why either.

Good location.

Room was not clean. Pillows and mattress worn and uncomfortable. No cups in room. No mini fridge.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was close to the shopping area.

Only the venting part for the bathroom, it looks like a vent was in there, but couldn’t find where it turns on. Otherwise it was clean and neat.

Only liked that they offered a buffet style breakfast.

The room did't give that luxury, cozy vibe to it. It wasn't the home away from home feeling. It literally felt like a cheap hotel. And the shower stall for the bathroom was dirty and rust around the shower head. Needs improvement on cleanliness and improvement on a home away from home vibe.

Good location, breakfast was good.

The bed sheets had some stains, and i had to wait a while to check in. Felt like if you booked and paid ahead you should be prioritized over people who are booking in person.

I love the location close to the mall and shopping area

The room are dated and my bad was hard I left more like a jail than a hotel, but because of the location I was able to look pass the discomfort.

the gym exercise bicycle has a rather small and uncomfortable seat....but apart from that it was good. 'also the window drapes got stuck and could not go up

The location is excellent — just behind the shopping mall, which makes everything very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable overall.

Unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The door to my room was jammed, and instead of being repaired, I was advised by security to force it open to enter. The room was not properly cleaned — the bedding appeared used, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom area. While the rate was affordable, I believe basic cleanliness and maintenance should still be ensured.

Private & accessible parking. Staff member spoke enough English for the check-in. Room was self sufficient. Breakfast was good.

There were noises in the surrounding rooms as if furniture was being moved around (seemingly next door, above and below us).

The breakfast was great.

The room smell horrible, had to spray my perfume, and open the door to take the smell out. This was not just a one day smell. Whenever we leave and go back to the room, it smells horrible.

The location was perfect. The swimming pool and pool area were great for leisure. The kids enjoyed it.

We were disappointed at the very start. We arrived early (about 2:15 pm) and knew we had to wait a little to be checked in at 3 pm. When it came nearer to the time for check-in, the receptionist told us that the rooms were being cleaned. We reserved two rooms. With no updated information on our check-in status as we waited, we were finally checked in at 4:25 pm. Way beyond the advertised check-in time. Upon reaching the room, there was more disappointment. If you are clousterfobic, beware. The size of the rooms was smaller than any other hotel we have stayed in. Our greatest disappointment was the state of the bathroom. The shower had gook and grime and had obviously not been properly scrubbed or disinfected for a long time. The receptionists were not helpful, not friendly, not welcoming.

Room wasn't clean. Did not smell fresh.Lots of hair under the covers, on the pillows, on the bathroom floor and the bathroom basin.

The location was great, the breakfast was basic and very noisy. Lots of kids running around making noise and touching everything. There was no ice bucket to collect ice from the ice machine. Room seemed clean until I sat and took a closer look. only the bed was made, the counter and floor were sticky.
