- The room smells dirty like sweat. The problem is the way they wash the bedding. The room has some deferred maintenance issues, like calcium on the shower doors and sink, and dirty windows. This hotel was not up to my standards. Not the definition of clean

The location and confort
the breakfast
Hotel has a good location, fast to get in and out.
Hotel did not have hot water during our 1-day stay. The amount paid was about 20% higher that the agreed price on the Booking app (including taxes & fees). Front desk staff did not care. They just referred a problem with the water heater and mentioned an “exchange rate difference” which was ridiculously high to calculate our total payment in MXN pesos. Never experienced this in my many other booking reservations in Mexico. Its an abuse. Also, the in room AC was incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep with it running, so we decided to leave it off despite the room being at 27 degrees celsius (about 85 F).
Location
It is an old facility no safe box, shower wo maintainance, breakfast is the same as 10 yrs ago, OJ is not natural, coffee doesnt teste good
Location and Calmness
This is the third time checking in, swimming pool is still in reconstruction.
Calm quiet environment and attention of Staff was good.
Air conditioner was Old Model, better change to new models; Swimming Pool was in renovation mode, we were disappointed
