The Pool

I was put in a room with no water pressure, no coffee maker, no safe. Supposed to be no smoking rooms since the rooms were only separated by a door it caused an issue! Our neighbor smoked causing our room to fill up with smoke!

I remember it from when I was a kid and had a good stay with my parents there but .?..

We has a very uncomfortable experience with a cleaning lady in the lobby that insulted very bad my wife I hope the manager takes action because it was really hurtful. All that we could have enjoyed of the hotel was destroyed with the disrespectful lady

Close to a great restaurant, nice courtyard and covered parking. Easy to get to.

We only stayed one night, so I have nothing negative to say.

It was close to our event. The property is very pleasant and clean and quiet. All the staff we encountered (check in, restaurant, maids) were friendly and very helpful.

Noise. You could hear everything and everyone. Pillows were not the best.

It sure looks like it was a super venue in the 70’s or 90’s… the spaces are nice… the staff is kind, but —at least the room we got was very inconvenient for my elder parents (as there are no elevators). Roberto the waiter at the restaurant was superb and the food isn’t bad.

TOO noisy. Old looking (torn carpets). Old devices that won’t work (the phone didn’t work, the hairdryer…) The bathroom didn’t look clean and the liquid soap smells like fish! ? The staff around the rooms is kind of noisy (may be the old big hallways)… and the beds —the beds were awful small for a double room, my could parents barely fit. Also the lighting is old and insufficient.

Service was sometimes very slow and we had some help from a maintenance guy with the AC who was quite rude to us.They played live saxophone during breakfast, very loud.The pool area was great.

Beautiful grounds and architecture.

When I use Booking.com I get very poor rooms. When they made an error they upgraded me to a much nicer room.

An average hotel that books the worst rooms for Booking.com

The problem is that when using Booking app the hotel assigns the poorest rooms. When I was last here they upgraded me due to their error and the room was perfectly fine. When using Booking app. Again for return visit, room was really bad.

The grounds. The restaurant. The staff.

I believe that if you book through Booking.com they assign the worst rooms. Room 102. In the back of hotel with view of construction. Shower had no pressure and leaked so the bathroom floor was all wet. Dangerous. The door was difficult to lock. Dismal. When I was here last week, I was upgraded due to hotel error and that room , 401 , was just fine.

The walls of the rooms are very thin, you can hear a lot of noise, the room neighbors didn't let us rest

Very charming hotel , in a very well comunícated Avenue. In the heart of Queretaros next to the plaza de toros.

I coulent stay longer to enjoy the Property, o then that was amazing

Rooms are out dated and could be cleaner. The shower is just nasty and small with no water pressure. The towels are old and tattered, no hand towel even given. The beds are small with non fitting sheets, if over 6 foot tall it is a problem. Had to ask twice for water and coffee for the room after they cleaned.. Barking dogs in the pool area. If you like motel 6 quality rooms this place is for you. The restaurant menu is limited as is easy access to outside restraurants.

The cold pool water. Excessive noise in the morning from cleaning staff.

It was awful! We found couple of death roaches, and the facilitie was not the one we rent. I’ll never be back there!

The photos were incredible in comparison with the real place!

They made us feel at home , including my little doggie . great location, great food, and great service
