i have to wait 2 hrs for they to find my reservation and it seems like they were looking to hook me up on something else , the wait was too long

Room looked clean but bed was small. Location was hard to find due to construction, no road sign ¿. GPS kept saying to turn where there wasn¿t a road, turned out to be further along to a new road.

Property was in a great location great service

At night we had somebody fighting upstairs on the fourth floor. It was terrible and scary. Worst feeling ever. And no one went up there to try to calm anybody down nor did they call the cops

The room smelled like cigarettes, very noisy in the night (doors, windows, steps) and my room was dory.

I should have read better the conditions on having the room cleaned. The parking got full one night, had to park on the street. Bathroom and room in general looked old and sloppy.

It was in a good neighborhood.Close by there are several stores.Good value.

No breakfast. Though, there was a kitchen, refrigerator in the room. Very quiet area.

The only good thing going for it is the location and the spacious room

Floor was dirty and was not cleaned even after asking the staff to clean it. There are absolutely no utensils for kitchen, not a single plate, glass or piece of silverware. They are available at “the market” for a price. The pool is cold, even with hot weather you cannot enjoy the temperature of the water. For an extra key card you need to provide a deposit. There is complimentary coffee but you need to pay for the cup.

The place has a great location if you need to be in the Juriquilla area. The rooms are suites and have a full kitchenette.

The beds were not too comfortable. The rooms had not been thoroughly cleaned. The kitchenette does not include dishes neither any other accesorie.

Well located, in general it was very good

Air conditioning is very noisy and it woke me up, also the fridge. There are stoves, etc, but nobpots, pans, or cuterly. Probably you could ask at the reception

The bed didn’t have a thick bedspread and it was cold in the room. If you wanted one you had to ask reception for it and put it yourself. Room had no supplies. No water, no hairdryer, no shampoo, etc.

The beds were so dirty and uncomfortable, I woke up with headache and I noh slept well

The fact that the check-in and Check-out were so easy. The staff was very helpful and polite, it made our stay so comfortable.

Rooms dont have iron and ironing board, for a xtended facility is a must. the card unprogramed by itself so they need to program a new key card.

Amen booked, no mention of bedding being changed only every 7 days! Towels had to be exchanged personally, no hot water the first night of 3 !

Lots of space and the cost-benefit ratio is great.

Can't select lights. It's either all on or all off.
