Pros +
- Confortable bed
- The hacienda is beautiful! The decoration is great and the rooms are spacious and well designed.Bathroom has good toiletries and a decent shower. The restaurant is great! Very good dishes and great staff.
- The property is outstanding in every way. It’s a 1700’s hacienda that has an integrated luxury boutique hotel and 5 star restaurant that rivals any other in the States. The rooms have the feel of calm luxury spa. The staff could not be more attentive. They have a nice business center that doubles as a family room of sorts. Their restaurant and menu is broad and the quality of the food is very very good.
Cons -
- Not a lot of privacy, you listen al the noose from the outside (halls and gardens). The spa has so limited space for guests
- It could be cleaner. There was a sewage smell in the room from time to time, not terrible, but still.
- Facilities, no refrigerator in the room, no service on sunday
