AC Hotel Queretaro Antea

Location.

This is my 3rd stay there this year. The room had no fridge, I could not select a room with a fridge as the option was not given to do so and I could not get an option to include breakfast for the room I had to take. 2 out of 3 stays that this happened.

Location, walking distance to the Antea Mall.

Lots, highest rate we¿ve ever paid there, no breakfast included! Room 109 doesn¿t have lights next to the bed and was very noisy, attitude from front desk people at checkin. The hotel didn¿t seem very busy and we also will NOT be staying there again.

The room, different and neat

Allá restrooms at lobby were filthy. Ordered room service, expensive and the meat dry. Also i guess the hotel wasn't full, don't understand why they put us next to another guest and hear the TV

Location and price. Very good gym and indoor pool.

Need to improve the breakfast biufet and the system of charging tondifferent accounts the bar, the rooms and the food - not practical

Service and attention are great! Breakfast is very good and location is excellent.

The property is fine great location but not for what it costs

The property costs more than Fiesta Americana but has no valet parking, no bell boy, no experienced staff, the rooms are really basic and very low quality furniture! Restaurant staff is really bad! They never answer the phone etc

Absolutely fantastic!!! Geronimo is just an outstanding server at the restaurant. The rooms are clean & beds are luxurious & comfortable. Front desk staff are super friendly & take amazing care of our family.

For the cost paid, complimentary breakfast would have been ideal.

Nothing. They offer room types they do not actually have. I letf.

They offered and sold a room with two Queen beds, which is the reason why I booked. When I got to the room the beds were Double sized not Queen. I asked for what I paid for and they said they did not have Queen size beds in their inventory. Be careful, it is a scam! Impressive coming from Marriott but it is.

Snacks were expired for many dates and not payback from deskInvoice process was not completed and didn't sent my invoice.

it seems not so clean and the instalations look old, although they’re not, maybe as consecuence of the pandemic

Hotel is in front of a good shopping center with great restaurantes on it.

The room is super noisy, you can literally listen the talk from room next door. Additionally my room was close to the elevator and you can hear whole day and night the elevator noise and bipping noise each time comes to your floor. I asked to change the room but apparently hotel was full and no other room available. Floor was not clean enough, specially for a 5stars hotel.

the pillows were pretty normal, just average, there were no hand soaps or coffee/tea mugs or cups in the room when has just I checked in. the bed duvet cover had some stains on it

Location and not much else.

I used to stay in this hotel especially because of the location and the breakfast. I've never ate a breakfast as bad as in this occasion, so much so that I am considering staying farther from my office but in a better place. In this occasion I had to go to the nearest Starbucks in order to eat something decent. The cleanliness as whole was really lagging. In the hallways the carpet was heavily stained. There were no toiletries, only liquid shampoo. I could not recognize this hotel from early times.
