Location: walk distance to Antea Mall. Complimentary bottles of water & coffee. Complimentary wifi. Indoor pool. Free parking. Comfortable bed & pillows. Complimentary breakfast. Reception drinks at bar

Room too small, same as bathroom. Gym would be great of it can be bigger and with more weights and equipment. TV small as well

The elevator from the parking garage to the lobby is not direct. You need to go outside and then enter the building.

Location and highway access

Staff attitude and manners. The management should work harder on getting service focused staff. It seems that front desk people is only focused on doing everything harder for customers.

Next to Antea shopping center - many dining options. Breakfast was good.

Linens a bit dated.

We did not like much, the room we got it was occupied and we ran into strangers in our room, it was embarrassing but we all laughed for the misunderstanding. Went downstairs and they apologized for the mistake. Got another room and it was the most disgusting smell, like sewers, we had to come back to the lobby and change room again. Finally and luckily 3rd time was a charm.

The room were extremely small, they shouldn't say it's a room for family of 4 because the beds were really really small. Breakfast was very limited, not too many options.

Rooms on lower level can be somewhat nosiy at night.

Very clean hotel. very quick in and put. Good facilites and very good option for the show business stay. Underground garage.

Only complaint is that its bit noisy in night. windows let a lot of traffic noises in the room even at higest floor.

Ramada Encore in Queretaro is known for it’s theme of the Mexican “webo cartoons” which is an endearing way to make the modern building more friendly. I highly recommend it due to it’s super convenient location on the main roadway thru queretaro, it’s free parking, their wonderful beds and pillows, linen, towels… all great. And, one of the best breakfast buffets all around.

Ramada Encore is a modern hotel located right next to Antea shopping center in Querétaro. We stay here often since it has free underground parking and a really good breakfast that comes included. The beds are very comfortable and overall it is a very comfortable stay. The staff has always been very kind and helpful.

Nice and good food

The pool was not very clean and despite it is indoor pool the air conditioner was in a very low temperature to feel comfortable

Room is not quiet. Loud music in corridor even at 9pm! Mosquitoes were very annoying in the last night and I cannot sleep well. Disappointing experience.

Location is ok but overall it was an awful experience

Horrible customer service, room wasn’t ready and they kept lying telling us 5 mins more, this went on for an hour. Lift to parking not working so had to carry bags as no staff to help, key cards not working, no English speaking staff or management either, customer service was non existent

The building looks new outside but not the same inside. Apparently located in a safe area, I was there for only two days so not much to say. There is just a pair of elevators and it gets very busy in the morning, I wish they had signs to the stairs.
