Very clean hotel just a very nice very nice people

The location. The hotel is clean

It meet all our needs!!

Everything, specially the swimming pool and Jacuzzi.Theresa, the lady cleaning around r the pool area was very nice and provided is work information of places to visitI loved The beautiful gardens!!

The traffic noise during the night

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing.

It’s called “Centro Historico” but it’s nothing close to the city center. Was disappointed in this as because of the name it would be much closer to the actual Historic Center of the city.

Loved the hotel, its unique and comfortable.

I had bad experience with the front desk clerk. She didn't had any of the information, didn't help me with my reservation and was rude.

The air conditioner eas difficult to set up, it kept either hot or cold. The bathroom was too small

Very big hotel. Pool was great, water was warm. Hot tub water temperature was low. Pool temperature was warmer. I choose the hotel because it advertised on booking that the breakfast buffet was included in the price. Front desk person said that it wasn’t. Very disappointed in lack of credibility.

The next three rooms were under construction. Wallpaper was damaged in our room. No refrigerator in our room. Again Booking.Com advertised that buffet was included but it wasn’t.

Staff never said hi, it took forever to get pool towels (4 different days), service at pool restaurant very poor, the staff is not well informed, I had to call several times housekeeping, very bad experience.We stay there every summer for 20 days, we have always be happy, but now it was a horrible experience

Waiters are attentive and nice

My room was full of mosquitos, there was no hair conditioner, puddle after a shower, and hotel is very very noisy! I heard people talking very loud (next room) until 11 pm and people running though the corridor until late night !

Gym was a bonus. Nice, functional and clean.

I found the policies with the use of the laundry machine a strange. It uses special coins, which you can only get at the front desk. My wife had some disappointing issues getting these coins.Suggestion to management: if maintenance of the machines is an issue. Why not to roll the cost to the cost per night? Or why not allow the use of the laundry via coins or electronic payment with a credit card?

Restaurant staff was not friendly. We were watching futbol on the big screens and one waitress commented to another that they should ask us to leave.Rm 123 is really not a garden access room. there was a wood wall obstructing the view.
