    Pros +

    • The staff was excellent and very attentive.
    • The room was huge, and felt very light (huge windows - I moved there from another hotel that had barely any natural light coming into the room, which seems to be the norm in most of the old buildings, so having all this light was fantastic)Bed was very comfortable. Water was hot & water pressure was great.WiFi worked well. Free coffee and biscuits in the lobby every morning were a nice treat. Great location; in walking distance of all the sights & museums, restaurants and cafes.
    • Large room with plenty of sitting chairs to relax.

    Cons -

    • We were upstairs and we are elderly people. The climb was difficult.
    • No refrigerator. Having a refrigerator would have made this room almost perfect.
    • I was out late hours and it’s cumbersome to bother the staff just to unlock the main door. An extra key or keyless entry for guests would be ideal.

The main draw for me was the price for this amazing hotel. It maybe a shoulder season during my visit but the team provided excellent service. The room is very spacious, clean and aptly furnished.

No parking in the hotel had to walk two blocks

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and they're very attractive and everything was in perfect working order and they now have air conditioning

This is the second time I've stayed there and there has always been mosquitoes in my room i'm not exactly sure how they get there if it's from the bathroom or if it's from the door's not being properly sealed but it's very annoying

Súper confortable bed , close to everything .. friendly staff.

The guy who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. He even got me change that I needed to pay the taxi driver who got us there from the bus station. The room was big, king bed and nice bathroom. We knew that breakfast wasn't included but reception indicated where to go and we found some nice options. Lots of restaurants, cafés and ice cream spots nearby.

    Quite, good location, spacious room

Serious number of mosquitoes to fight off through the night

Very spacious rooms, super clean linens and towels. Location is right in the middle of downtown Queretaro.

No breakfast service or meal options within the hotel.

This boutique hotel was immaculate! The location was fabulous as we only had a couple of days and wanted to walk everywhere in the Historical part of the city. The staff were super friendly….especially Rosa who gave us good ideas for eating and shopping. Small touches like tea, coffee and cookies in the lobby, pretty renovated rooms, every staff person outwardly helpful and happy, led me to give this one my super high rating.

    it was all good!

    Location, security.

    No breakfast included.

    9LindaPosted on: 2-20-2023

    Central location and quiet

There were four ladies staying in our room, toiletries needed to be better stocked. Tight for space in the bathroom.

    8JoePosted on: 10-31-2022

Centrally Located. The receptionist were double responsive to answer any questions and provided us with a tour pick up at the hotel. Cleanliness of room and grounds with a secure entrance to the hotel.

Coffee was served at 8am. I'm an early ?. All else was well.

Beautiful place, very clean, great location, and awesome staff.

They didn’t offer breakfast in April 2022 but there are a lot of places you can go for breakfast nearby.

Great location, comfortable room, super nice staff.

Room was big, clean and comfortable. Amazing hotel, great patio, centric and close to everything. Staff super friendly, gave us insights for tours, restaurants, express check in... I absolutely loved it! Felt like home! My place of stay when in Queretaro!

    9KaterinaPosted on: 3-22-2022

Clean, large rooms at a great location in the center of town. Front desk staff Lety was particularly helpful with recommendations in the city and helping me call a taxi when my phone wasn't working.

The internet was spotty and went out for about 30 minutes one of the nights.

    8KarlaPosted on: 3-22-2022

Staff attention, great garden view, so relaxing, very clean rooms, some moisture in my bathroom, they offer you coffee and tea available all day (that’s great) somehow for the hotel size, you will hear doors and people getting inside and outside their rooms. Very good water pressure for taking bath ??

they don’t have any disability facilities. No ramps. Also no bellboy who helps with your luggage and their parking are 3 blocks away the hotel…
