The Garden were beautiful

The room wasn¿t confortable. The bed wasn¿t confortable and it make a lot of noise

The special attention we received from each employee to us. They have a free parking and good price for the buffet, the pool was heated

one of the room was small with very tiny closet about 10 inch wide, and none of the rooms have a good signal in the TV o programs in English. They did not have computer center for the foreign costumers which was extremely necessary.

There was construction, staff blasting music at 4:30am, staff not friendly or helpful, couldn't find housekeeping, the phone did not connect with front desk, hotel entrance facing freeway, water not hot. E-mailed the hotel three times - twice through Booking.com and once via their e-mail - only responded once via Booking.com. The construction guys were wearing masks and taking large bins walking past our room. AC did not work consistently. Staff not friendly or helpful when asked questions. Many staff were standing or sitting around or chatting with each other. Hotel far from any sights and center of town. Coffee was horrible.

Breakfast is amazing! Pretty poolside view. Staff is courteous.

Slow service. I went and fetched my own orders. Sometimes the staff forgot I ordered.

Great location, great staff, very convenient, great value for money. Nice hotel, clean in general. Nice thick walls that prevent intra room noise.

Some noise on the hallways too early. Bad smell from sewage. Some hair on the bathroom walls. Rooms a bit dark with view to a wall. Breakfast a bit too expensive for the offering which is in the greasy side. Terrible TV sound.Nothing too serious in general but a few things like this that it fixed would have been spot on.

Good location, staff all friendly and helpful, clean and nice pool setting. Room was clean, bed comfy and quiet.

The room actually had a fridge which is rare to find in Mexico, however fridge had an odd odor and when we placed our drinks and leftovers in there, that foul smell penetrated the drinks and food, we had to throw away.

It was a surprise to see the size of the property, huge. The garden is a gem. And for sure the parking, it is plenty.

It’s seems it is an old hotel but they are working hard to refresh it. So I assume that it will take some time to complete it, but even so, it is a good hotel

Pool was great. It is the right size and there are plenty of tables/chair/loungers for a large number of guests. The food was good, particularly the weekend buffet.

There was an issue charging things the room because my room account was "closed out" at check-in. It just meant I had to put drinks/food at the hotel on a card instead of charging to the room. Weird, but not a deal breaker.

The hotel has a very nice and modern design, and overall offers a pleasant atmosphere. The location is okay — not super central, but manageable. I want to highlight the night staff, who were especially friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression.

Some aspects of the check-in process were quite frustrating — certain staff members had difficulty locating my reservation, which led to a long wait at the reception. I was also mistakenly charged twice, though this was later resolved with the manager after clarifying the original booking. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, and I found the breakfast buffet to be overpriced.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our room was huge and very clean. The shower had hot water. We slept very well. We had the breakfast buffet which was also good, about $15 per person.

Good location and facilities

AC was not working. Shower has no gate/curtain, which makes the whole bathroom get water everywhere when showering. Poor service

Beautiful hotel with beautiful garden areas, pool was small but heated which was great to be able to swim early before leaving. Little playground very convenient for family with kids. Rooms were very spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. The security manager was very kind and courteous, always making sure we have everything we need.

Little feedback, front desk agents could explained a little bit better about the hotel amenities, such as timing and location for the pool and breakfast, as well as explaining about the pool towels. Other than that, everything was great. An amazing stay.
