Elevator sucks big time

Nice, clean and comfortable.

Hygiene & comfort were excellent.All the staff was superb, courteous, helpful and always very congenial.

Location was an obstacle due to the mile + walk to the historic area. Booking.com was a bit misleading, stating it was located in historic area.

It is beautiful and spacious.

Maybe the restrooms in the restaurant area, they need to be modernized .

Friendly staff and servers. Quiet. Good food in the restaurant with good servers.

Not enough coffee packets--only one. Would have liked washcloths and another towel or two.

The buffet, there are other better buffets, such as Mirabel Hotel buffet.

Very poor internet Wifi

The internet wifi was so bad we couldn't stream any content. Barely able to load websites. The speed was less than 3!

The hotel is very nice, the staff was very attentive, always asking if I needed anything that they could provide. Giving me directions or recommendations when asked.

The staff were very friendly, the jacuzzi was clean and breakfast was nice. Everything about the room was perfect, and I really can't compliment the staff enough, they were all incredibly friendly and nice. If ever I was to stay in a hotel in Querétaro, I will absolutely consider this one without a second thought, a first class experience for an amazing price.

The bedclothes were a bit worn and had tears in them. There was no kettle, milk or coffee, just a coffee machine with no coffee which was not a big issue, especially for the price, just unusual. Lastly we went to order room service at 10:40 and the woman at the desk said that it was done for the day, but when we went down the man at the restaurant said it was still open. He was very friendly and we really didn't mind. The last nitpick was the water in the jacuzzi was sort of cold, even with only the hot tap on, and we couldn't get it to turn on.

- good hotel in general- good staff- secure- good restaurant for breakfast and dinner (it is pricey!)- AC in room

- bad neighborhood (edge of a bad area actually, no walking recommended)- AC is really noisy, not possible to sleep while it is on- no fridge in room- shower was clogged: water was not flowing down fast enough: even slippers don't help avoiding contact with floor bacteria- only good price when on sale

Asked for a quiet room. We were put on the same level as the conference rooms. Noise from 5 am moving stuff in and out of the conference rooms.Also building work going on some hammer drills going constantly until after 6 pmIf they had told us we would have booked elsewhere as there is a lot of choice.
