Hotel Mirabel

Location: near the historical center, good breakfast for the price.

It is under construction.

Excellent location. I arrived past 12AM on check in and the front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The staff is really considerate because they moved my room to a quieter area anticipating a large group or event that would be happening in the hotel. Hotel is near downtown, perfect for exploring the city. I didn’t use the restaurant but that is an available option. Parking was available. The room had a comfortable and clean bed, large windows that let natural light in, and a working TV. Wifi signal was functional. Bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure. I would stay at this hotel again.

Location to Centro Historical excellent. Professional, friendly staff throughout the hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower. Restaurant served excellent food.

Ideal location to get to Centro Histórico. Employees from the front desk personnel to the cleaning staff to the restaurant employees were all professional, courteous, kind and just plain amazing. Rooms are simple but clean, have great showers with plenty of hot water and great pressure. The beds are very comfortable.

No dislikes, no complaints

Myriam @ the front desk was very nice & professional. She noticed I was traveling with 2 elderly disable parents and switched our room suitable for them. The next morning a taxi was called for our pick up.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room

No shower gel

Front Desk Agent was very professional and friendly. She noticed her coworker ignored me when I asked her a question. She called the guest behind me to help her and ignored me totally. The Front Desk Lady that took care of me noticed her rudeness and help me immediately.

Front desk was friendly & accommodating. Maid service was exceptional, clean towels, bedding every day. Beautiful restaurant located in hotel, great service, food was delicious with a huge buffet every day! Great location, right across from the plaza with beautiful trees, flowers, etc..

Free parking (there are limited spaces), nice housekeepers, good location.

Had issue with sink leaking that they fixed quickly. Bed and pillows very hard, gave us both sore necks and backs.

Nice rooms, clean and comfortable

My key card for the room was blocked during my last night. I had to get it unlocked at the front desk.

Great location across from magnificent park. Also, just a five minute walk to the downtown historical district, restaurants and shopping. Excellent staff and attention to cleanliness.

The location is very good near the center of everything, park, local market, shopping mall, 10 minutes walk to historic center.Value for money.

Great location with a restaurant on site. Nice buffet breakfast and a beautiful park across the street.

Nothing - all good.

The location is a good one. You are in a walking distance to the center of the city (touristic area). There is a huge beautiful park in front of the hotel. There is an Oxxo store about 50 yards

They staff just gave me one key and we were two people. It seems nothing but when everything is controlled by the key, it becomes a problem.

Great breakfast, good gym, great clean room, located across the street from a beautiful park and only 10 min walk to thr historic area

Very nice hotel and really convenient location to visit the city centre. Wifi worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Design of the parking lot is a bit strange. A bit difficult to maneuver and park in certain spots, but still very convenient. This is the second time I say here and will definitely be staying again next time I visit the city. Highly recommend this hotel in terms of Value for Money :)

Nice showerComplementary parking

You can hear noises from the other rooms

The Breakfast was very good.

Location, was perfect. Across the street from beautiful park. Best view.
