Room is pretty neat, staff was very helpful and polite.

The room is actually very small. There is hardly any space between the bed and the four walls.

My wife and I like the price and the great breakfast. We have stayed in these hotels quite a few times. Always comfortable and clean.

Dirty room and rude front desk. Dont book

Hotel room was very dirty. We booked the hotel, got there, got the room. The room was not cleaned at all. Beds were full of someone else hair, and the bin was full of someone's hair plus random garbage. If these were states of the rooms, dont want to know how the whole hotel is. Well dirty, to be honest. Hallways were full of crums of food and obviously not cleanedWe stayed in room 5 min went out and requested to cancle booking. The front desk didn't care much to even apologize or offer us a new room. Bad bad bad. On top of that, i requested to cancel my booking due to the fact i stayed in room 5 min. Never got the answer from the hotel at all. I travel a lot by work and these has to be the worst hotel i stayed in my 10 years traveling.

The location is very good and there was a Starbucks and Walmart right next door. Wasn´t expecting much of the included breackfast, but it was quite good. Above expectations.

Pillow where high and quite firm, which I dont like. The A/C is a split unit that takes it stome to cool. We had a couple of electricty cuts during the day that tokk its time to solve and made room warm. Thankfully, no cuts during the night.

Without a Doubt worst Quality/Value hotel I have been in

Carpet has a horrible smell. Must be 30 yrs old. The faucet was clogged and asked someone to replace the ring. A/C blowing straight at the bed and uncomfortable. Paid 100 dollars per night which is crazy considering there are MUCH better hotels for that price.

I arrived after the check in hour and the room wasn't ready. It was a problem because we were short on time and needed to take a bath.

Breakfast was good. Not a great variety, but very well balanced. WiFi was also really good as well.Bed was comfortable.

It smelled like if someone had been smoking before in the room.Room walls could use some painting.A mini fridge could be added.

For us it is in a perfect location for what we needed to doThe plaza has some good places to eat ( Hooks is a perfect example) and we will use this hotel again without question next time when we return.

The free breakfast is a nice bonus, but it can get crowded as everything is on one counter, at busy times.

The location is excellent, there is a Starbucks, many restaurants, a movie theater and a supermarket in walking distance.

It lacks a little in cleanliness. For example the was a piece of the dirt on the carpet of my room for the 3 full days we staid.

Nice and clean rooms. Good free Continental breakfast, good location in terms of getting something to eat after a hard day's work.

Simple and practical for the School Trip near Jurica. Very good location.
