Courtyard by Marriott Queretaro

All the personal was very kind and they are so nice and professional.

Two years things only : The last day they forgot to refill the towels but not a big deal and the food in the restaurant was cold the toast was at least one day old toasted the eggs like rubber and cold as iced horrible. And too expensive for bad food.

The room was a standard room.. nothing specfic was great. It was normal, clean room.

The bathroom did not have basic amenities - like - there was no shower cap, no dental kit, no other small kits like cotton, ear bud, etc... it did no had the foot mat, other than the towels.Only thing the bathroom had was towels, tissue paper, toilet soap and bathing liquids.Very basic, not matching Marriot's standards.The bathroom door was not closing properly too, without being able to be locked from inside.

The decorations, room space, cleaning and facilities are really exceptional, really looks like a top 5 star hotel.

To start, the location or signaling to find the hotel is really confused, there is no sign of Merriot CourtYard in the road nor any other place. Instead there's just a sign saying "empresalia".Then the distribution of the lobby vs the parking entry is really complicated, I arrived by car and need to use the parking lot, but the parking lot elevator was not working, there was only one person in the vallet to help so we needed to go upstairs to the lobby to check in, then go back to get our baggage off the car, then ask the vallet to get my car inside the parking lot, and repeat every time I need to get my car in or out. Then, inside the room the toiletries, like the shower gel and shampoo were all empty, then when asked receptionist for common personal care kits like toothbrush they say those kits were not available.

It was a business trip, choice of this hotel was based on the location right next to my firm’s office, just because of that chose this property.

Staff it’s not friendly at all,the ladies in particular are very rude. They didn’t honor my booking.com fee and extra charged me. Have to pay for a breakfast that it supposed to be included in my fee and believe me, it was the most expensive cup of coffee that I have paid in my entire life.

EverythingThe room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect retreat. One of the standout features was the excellent noise insulation; I enjoyed a peaceful and restful sleep without any disturbances from neighboring rooms.The services provided by the staff were exceptional—everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The amenities were also top-notch, adding to the overall experience.

The hotel is in the middle of construction and I try to walk to get something the the people tell me not to be cause the area was a not safe area , plus it looks dirty, to dark all around

the location is too far from us, I understand that you need to be in the industrial zone of QUERETARO, this is your target. but for a family trip is not a very good location, because had a massive construction all the Avenue

i liked everything but we asked for a taxi and then sent someone without experience so pretty much we had to guide him to the airport using maps

The food and restaurant staff were exceptional...

I requested early check-in on Saturday and was willing to pay prior to 3 pm... waited until 4:30pm. The room had towels for one person! Was given a handicap room as it was the only available "cleaned" at 4:30 pm! Extra towels arrived 9 pm and delivered by the maintenance guy as he said they had a shortage of housekeeping people! Sunday, I had to request a hairdryer... it took them over a hour and 3 calls to bring up again someone from dining brought to room! Sunday night I had to call for towels as none were left! I requested sheets and towels to be changed on Monday... well I left at 11am and returned at 9 pm to find the room had not been cleaned or attended too! I spoke to the front desk, they apologized, but their solution was to move us to another room with 2 double beds... that was not acceptable! They never offered to send someone up to change sheets and make up our room! Terrible service. I asked to speak with the manager on Tuesday at check out... he was too busy to speak with me! The single worst stay at a Marriott property ever!

Very friendly staff and quite accommodating. Food from the restaurant was good.

The whole property unfortunately needs a major renovation. Everything is quite old. The refrigerator in two rooms that we checked wasn’t working (we had yoghurts that went off because it was so hot in there). The ventilation air conditioner was quite old and the room remained quite warm our entire stay.

The rooms were different compared to the picture in this app, the style of the room was similar but not the same. For example there was a window, not a wall of glass.
