Staybridge Suites Queretaro By IHG

NICE SUITE FOR A GOOD PRICE.

AIR CONDITIONING SUDDENLY TURNED OFF DURING THE NIGHT AND THE WATER CAME OUT OF THE SHOWER AND THE WHOLE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS WET.

Extremely clean, all staff courteous, felt safe, we have already recommended it to family.

Complimentary breakfast and dinner. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

I like the location,

I was there for 8 days and one of my decisions about staying there was that there was a laundry room and a kitchen, however, of the 6 washing machines only 1 worked, and the kitchen was missing pans for cooking.

It is well located, the staff go above and beyond to help you, and make sure everything you need is on hand or that you can acquire it

The fridge and microwave didn’t work at all; the room was advertised as having a tub and it didn’t!

Location, parking, shower (good pressure, hot water) poor ventilation.

Hotel room seemed old, dirty rugs in hallway, bedspread was dirty, pillow covers seems dingy or grayed.

the breakfast and location

they put us in a smoking room even though we reserved a non smoking one

clean and friendly staff

internet was very badthe air conditioning didn’t work but they did bring a fanone dryer was terrible, after two cycles and the clothes were still not dry we changed machines and it worked.

Great hotel. The location was super convenient, the service from the staff was amazing. First impression of the room exceeded expectations. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. I will definitely return to this property whenever I come back to Queretaro.
