Cleanliness. Nice flat TV with many channels available. Nice view on 10th floor.

No restaurant in hotel. Lots of road construction happening right now near hotel.Towels were scarce, had to ask for an extra. One roll of toilet paper, we had to ask for extra essential toiletries. No bottle water available. I didn't want to drink faucet.

Location was perfect to visit downtown area and El Cerro de las Campanas. Breakfast had a good variety of fruits. Staff was super attentive and very friendly.

The lights by the bed were not positioned right (normally, the lights should be by the night table for convenience). Other than that, room was comfortable.

Very convenient for long stays, close to many Points of interest, QRO bus stop close by.

The beds were a little two small for us.

The free parking, breakfast and ease in booking were a plus for this stopover.

It was a pleasant stay for 1 night.

The hotel is very good located in a place where there are some restaurants, banks, Starbucks , etc. There is parking and the historical centre is around 14 minutes in car from there. The room was excellent , very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly

Outstanding value, cheerful and extremly helpful staff at reception, maintenance and management. A guest next door had a medical emergency and the hotel brought a doctor to his room who took care of the issue and all that was covered by the hotel. Great gymnasium. SMmart TV. Excellent internet connection. Refrigerator/ microwave..Free wash and dry machines, they even provide detergent, WOW.

The hotel staff, room and location were excellent. I'm looking forward to a longer stay next time I'm in town. All the shops in the complex were a much welcome bonus.

This hotel was nice. I like that they have laundry that you can use, and give a one free laundry pod. The breakfast was good value for the money. The staff is friendly, and attentive. It’s nice it has options like a Starbucks in an outdoor sort of mall, some food options as well.

I thought the location was a bit dull beyond the Mall. I didn’t really like the area for walking anywhere from the hotel. My room for the most part was clean, like the bed, there was a clump of hair on the floor next to the bed, and there was something like old rice or something on the floor next to the window, and on the carpeted area. I also had a misquote buzzing in my ear at night. I’ve never had that happen at a hotel before. That worst thing was the misquote haunting me at night lol.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was safe (nearby a school and the state police headquarters building) and near an Oxxo, Starbucks, and other little restaurants. It offered many amenities such as a gym and laundry room which were in good condition and not something often found at other hotels. The staff were very nice and helpful! The employees that cleaned the rooms and the hotel deserve special recognition for how clean the hotel was and for even returning later in the afternoon to clean our room when they had already made their rounds and we had slept in! Thanks for a great stay!

I have stayed at this hotel many times when I travel through Mexico. The beds are very soft and the place is quiet.

Good breakfast with enough quantity and variaty.The emplyoers are great with very good comunication and very kind.The cleaning is also very good.

Room size, distribution and cleanliness were very good. Check in and check out were very quick and professional. Hotel is very well located inside of a plaza with accesible restaurants and convenience store. Friendly staff. Very nice size room

Breakfast not good. Lacking to be refilled on many of their items. Would take carpet off from bedroom.

The hotel is clean and I love that it has big windows and doesn’t have plastic water bottles. Instead it has water stations to refill your water bottle. Also is in a plaza so is very convenient. Also in the room you have microwave, refrigerator and a safe box.

The hotel property had a modern vibe, the rooms were clean. It’s located in a plaza with 3/4 eating options.

The cleanliness of the hotel is probably its biggest commendable factor. To navigate to the rooms, you have to use two elevators . This is more a nuisance than an issue. During my stay, we had some items stolen by housekeeping. The first day we realised it was missing, we decided to look throughly through the room before making accusations. Unfortunately, the items were taken. This was reported to the hotel staff and booking.com but so far no further action has taken place.

Location was close to the downtown area and made a great home-base for day trips to Pena Bernal and San Miguel de Allande.

The construction and traffic going on around the hotel was inconvenient but not too bad.
