Location, in the heart of Centro HistÃ³rico Centuries old convent coverted into hotel. Amazing locale. Staff is very courteus.
Location and price. I left my debit card in parking garage ATM and returned a few hours later and asked if it had been found. Security office in garage had it and returned it by providing ID. I appreciate the honesty and customer service.

Cons -

Old carpet. They would do well to get rid of it and just do the old tiles. Very dark rooms. A lady in a closeby room was applying makeup outside her room, in the patio.
AC broke
I enjoyed everything about this hotel, but people should expect that it is not a newly constructed building. It is an older building with historical significance.

Excellent customer service since we arrived to the hotel, the gentleman and the lady in the front desk were very cordial and helpful. Excellent food at the restaurant. Very clean hotel and the bed super comfortable. All the staff very nice.
