Hampton Inn by Hilton Guadalajara - Airport

Staff was very helpful, and went beyond their responsibilities to support me. Excellent location, with great restaurants within walking distance.

Location and cleanliness.

There is no fridge in the room, no ice machine at the hall and breakfast is so poor.

It's location. Being within a couple miles from the Guadalajara Int'l Airport (GDL) makes this a PERFECT place to stay the night before (or after) a flight. It's also situated between two well-known stateside restaurants: Denny's and Chili's.

There was NO microwave in the room, nor did it have a mini-fridge, so I couldn't cook the microwave popcorn I packed! You'd think that a Hilton owned property would include those items. The clock radio's clock was incorrect, but it couldn't be reset.

Expected levels of quality coming from a well-known American brand/chain of hotels. The breakfast was very good, lots of yummy choices. Bed comfortable.

The airport shuttle was a hit and miss.

The staff at this hotel is the best part. They are always helpful, and very friendly.

The grounds of the immediate property are nice, but outside of that, the hotel shows is age. The elevator does not work well, and it gets tiring going up and down four flights of stairs.

Close proximity to the airport. Free shuttle.

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations!

The construction out front was a nuisance. I booked online with booking.com and made a mistake in that I reserved 1 room for 4 people instead of 2 rooms for 4 people. The hotel said I needed to correct the error with booking.com and booking.com said I needed to correct the error with the hotel. As a result I needed to book a second room at a greater overall cost than if I had booked the 2 rooms as originally planned.

Good variety and quality. Eating area was clean. Food tasted good and the variety was great. I enjoyed their services.

The traffic getting to the hotel was bad, but that is part of the city improving the road which will allow for a better access to the hotel

I had a horrible experience with the information from the staff for transportation. I spent 3 hours waiting. They did not tell me to wait in the tight place! I spoke to 3 people. All said Int’l arrivals but it should have been in front of Starbucks at International . The communication w the driver is only w a Bot! Nightmare! And to go the next morning to the Airport they said only at 6 am was available. So Ordered Uber. When I checked out their driver was there 7:30 and was taking others. Crazy!The location is under construction too.

Very nice accommodations near the airport. The room was surprisingly tastefully appointed, clean, and the bed was so comfortable with a fluffy, cozy duvet. Like home :)Breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots of choices.Staff was friendly and professional.We were impressed.

The parking is a problem. Airport road construction is terrible so challenging to get anywhere near the airport without stealthy driving skills or a crazy taxi driver. But that is the situation for any hotel serving the airport clients.
