Hacienda Sepulveda Hotel & Spa

The property is tucked away in the outskirts of Lagos de Moreno. In a well kept charming hacienda. The room decore was perfect. The staff was amazing and made you feel right at home. The attention to detail was great. First time here but will not be the last. I was very happy I found this gem. Highly recommend.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. I wish we would have pre booked the spa services, which I was told before we arrived it was good to pre book, but it just slipped my mind. So we could t take advantage of that but next time it will be on my to do list.

It was my second stay at this hacienda. This time with my spouse. It's just a wonderful place!

There was nothing to complaint about.

The property is so beautiful and magical. Everything is well maintained. The room was lovely with great comforter and pillows and nice bath products. Staff were excellent.

There is no AC in the rooms, the peacocks wont let guests sleep because they are super noisy when the sun is rising.

The marriage of 1694 Hacienda with simple elegant modern amenities in a great natural setting, as well as the attention to details which made this stay memorable. We will be back.

Nothing to dislike

I enjoyed the Sunday Buffett, they offered traditional Mexican homemade dishes and custom omelettes. Exceptional quality staff, they were all, they always greeted us with a warm smile. Our room was spacious the floors were made out of hard rough stone, so I was glad we they offered slippers to guests. Our king size bed was comfortable and the sheets were so soft.

I didn’t like arriving late at night, when it’s pitch dark outside and the intercom didn’t work. We dialed three times, and kept getting an answering machine. I’m glad finally the gate was automatically opened by the front desk. They explained they were having g issues with the intercom system.

My husband and I were headed on a road trip north when our suburban lost the transmission. Needless to say that could have been a very bad start to our vacation. But as we sat in the transmission shop I found this Hacienda. It has been three days now that we have stayed. I am not sure we are ready to leave now that our car is fixed.We have had amazing massages, amazing facials, amazing food, and a beautiful room.We will be back for sure. But this time with friends. We can hardly wait to share our good fortune with others.

Close to Lagos and lots of activities including the SPA.

Limited working space - not really set up for people working remotely. I was able to work in the library and wifi was ok, but would not recommend for longer hours.

The hacienda itself, my room, and grounds were delightful -- well manicured and clean. The staff was friendly and willing to be helpful, although they seemed a bit overwhelmed, as this was a holiday weekend in Mexico. Staff seemed to adhere to Covid procedures and social distancing -- all meals and events were in the lovely gardens/patios. Spa facilities were lovely and staff competent.

The only downside was a confused and extremely slow and inefficient check-in procedure.

It was really a nice place and the breakfast was wonderful.

Kind of scary and without network is really not good .
